I too was taken by these guys. I notified my bank and the police. Now I have to check my credit report and file with the Federal Trade Commission. The phone number and their web site is gone, but he customer care number works still. They handle the support for several "companies" and I was able to talk to someone. On 9/11/08 my bank contacted this company about charges they have been making on my VISA account. Since May 10th they have been charging me $375.00 bi-weekly for only God knows what. The bank transferred my call to their representative, who said that I would receive a form letter within 6 - 10 days, and that after I sent it back my money would be returned to me. The machine has been great for about 8 months. After 8 months, the first problem was a broken wheel. I called Nordictrack since it is under warranty. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent me a part. The part took 7 days to arrive and at that point, I could schedule service. It took the service personnel another week to get there. I ordered Rays Baseball tickets from Front Row Seats LLC online, and was told to pick-up tickets at will call. When I went to will call with my guests they gave us the tickets, however when we entered the stadium only one (1) ticket was good. I just got my 10 yr old a virgin cell phone (pay as you go & top up). I can access the website and monitor calls etc. but have noticed that the available balance does not add up to the number of calls she makes. Their accounting is away off.
