I received a phone call from a lady named Kathy asking me to purchase a cheap trip package. They said that you would get 4 free airplane tickets. When the Package arrived they already have the area and hotel where you can travel to. They require 7-10 hotel stay Some of the hotels run $170-over $200 per night which is to expensive for me. I also booked for 4 adults and they ended up having to book 4 people in one small room with one bed and pull out sofa bed. We ordered 2 Angus burgers at the Sonic Drive-in on Vance Jackson & Loop 410. We were shocked and disgusted to bite into partially frozen meat! Took burgers in and manager only offered to cook us new burgers (I tried to eat mine, but couldn't after the previous experience). Manager gave a lame excuse about why burgers were frozen. DAS is the worst! I got my car shipped from Minneapolis, MN to Seattle, WA in Feb 2008. It took them 4 weeks to arrive. They promised within two weeks. I am a user of Evercom Services and ever since Sunday 9.14.08, I have been unable to make a payment through the on-line service or on the phone with the csr. Each time I've tried it states, "validation failed" and no one can tell me why. I received a notice to extend my (Old) car's warranty (even though I sold my old car almost 7 months ago) through Consumer Protection Services.
