COMPLAINT: I ordered 6 printer cartriges for my Dell printer from Swap Ink (Swapink.com). The cost of the order was just under $90 and I received free shipping on it. When it arrived several days late, the box had only one cartrige in it. When I called to complain, all Swap Ink ( Swapink.com ) said was, "they must have been there when it shipped" so it was "my problem". I had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card company. Trusty Transport was hired to move my car from Caldwell, Texas to Sherrills Ford, NC. I used UPS Store #5851 to send a package via USPS International Priority to Hong Kong. I was charged $45.00 in what the receipt simply calls "International Shipping." When the package arrived in Hong Kong, I was told by the recipient that the actual shipping on the package was $27. My son was given a spray racer toy as a gift in April '08. After putting it together per the directions, the toy was a complete disappointment. This online ABS-CBN service does everything through e-mail and is impossible to contact. IF THEY GET YOUR CREDIT CARD THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL IT. They have a very poor product; it is suppose to be an online ABS-CBN channel, but takes a very long time to download and is not worth the money. I've been doing online surveys with various companies, and thought I was safe, but evidently I slipped up somehow by revealing too much info. I had my J Jill card for at least 4 years and never missed a payment. Last month, I accidentally forgot to schedule a payment with my online banking to make a payment. Upon completion the Reward Depot gave me a runaround over a password and user name to check status of my "Free" prize. Regional Auto on Battleground is stealing gas from customers. We filled up our van two days before it was wrecked within walking distance of our home. The van was not driven after the wreck. We had the van picked up from the house and the employee at Regional Auto lied on a piece of paper that there was only 1/4 tank of gas. I have heard that The N.A.R. (National Association of Realtors) is discriminating against discount Brokers and may prohibit FSBO and MLS service companies from using terms like FSBO or MLS on their company name.
