I received a coupon for a FREE 12 week trial in the mail. When I went down to the club the owner told me that I would only have to pay the monthly membership payment of $39.98 for the 12weeks (3 monthly payments), weather it took me the 12 weeks or a whole year to finish the trial. None of the customer service representatives that I have spoken with are consistent with their knowledge of how this service works. I feel like I was penalized (and actually I was) for making a payment before it was due. When I first subscribed to this company, I asked for all the details as to how this service worked. Blue Chrysalis Financial Services approved me for loan, but instead took $1080 dollars from me, so basically they took food out of my children's mouths. With nothing in return. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to use Flagstar's Escrow to pay your homeowners insurance. They are well known for allowing homeowners insurance to lapse and then put in place the forced placed insurance. They did it to us twice and the second time...we didn't find out that there was a problem with our homeowners insurance until we had a house fire and this is how we had to find out it. Claim# 306949 from NHP. On 07/09/08 I contacted NHP regarding my air conditioner not getting cold and was given the information to contact Inner Air. I contacted Inner Air (Scott)who inspected and told me that it would cost $1675 to repair the unit or that for $1820 I could get a new unit.
