Todays date is Septmeber 10, 2008 Approximately 2 1/2 months ago Hughesnet had what they called an anomaly with one of their satellites designated 93west, we were completely without internet service for about 4 full days, then when we finally got the service going again is was severely crippled and nothing like it was before the incident occured. Before I realized what they were, they had my phone number and other personal information. I would not have given them that information had I known, because I thought the questions were for your survey. Since then I have gotten 4 phone calls concerning one of those ads and I'm not happy. I called to report trouble with my digital channels (we were not receiving them) and they found that they had mistakingly not charged us for certain channels. Now that the service rep realized this, she said they would now either take away my children's favorite channels or charge us an additional fee. We already pay $50 per month for cable with nothing fancy. The new bill would be $80 per month. No way! I ended up cancelling our digital plus. A motor failure in a front-loading, heavy-duty, water-efficient Frigidaire washer (model 417.440842) triggered the failure of both the motor and main control boards according to a qualified service person. Two service visits and replacement of the main control board was needed to determine that. The cost to replace the two boards is $700 plus service cost. The total repair cost is more than the original cost of the machine. The machine is three years old. The standard guarantees are less than three years. Team Beach Body keeps charging your account. Even after contesting their charges and contacting them repeatedly, their charges keep showing up on my credit card. Ironically, I specifically declined all other products and services when ordering their DVD. The DVD was fine - but they keep trying to place charges on your account for things you have not ordered. No DVD, even if the best ever, is not worth all this hassle. Absolutely avoid doing business with them! I plan to stay clear of them forever.
