Mechanic at Monroe Muffler caused damage to struts and strut plates in order to make more money. I took my car in for a wheel alignment and an oil change. I arrived at 7:30 am on September 1, 2008. Mr. Augustine claimed to be able to level a small section of my yard for installation of an 18' round swimming pool. I have tried for a couple of days to cancel service, do to the fact that it will not work on my phone line any more. Madison & Mitchel, Inc. acted as a collection agency, they collected on our past due debt in the amount of $ 1, 350.50 on three different customers and never paid our company. The only way we found out that they collected is that we turned these customers over to the attorney general in our area and the customers informed the district attorneys office that they paid this collection agency. I purchased a medication online from phdparmacy.com and what they sent me were counterfeit pills. I paid 295.00!! First they gave me a bogus tracking number.
