I obtained health insurance several years ago through a company called Midwestern or something. As a part of the application process I was asked to sign many many forms. My associaton is responsible for all ranch style condos back yards because they are attached to eachother, per the bylaws. They refuse to fix the gate or fence that is in much needed care. They did however put a new post in so the gate door does not collapse. I emailed them to please trim my tree that they have trimmed for the last 4 years in my back yard and it states int he bylaws the Homeowner cannot trim the trees or bushes and in the ranch homes in the backyard. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN! This website is bogus! They have charged my credit card for another month's supply for a product that I never received. I payed 4.95 for shipping and handling for a 10ct bottle and cancelled immediately after. I was supplied a cancellation # and have never gotten a live person on the line since then. I'm very disappointed with the service offered by Chicagoland carpet cleaners. I hired them to clean my apartment because I was moving out. On they phone, they only quoted me $125 for the cleaning and told me that it would cost extra for spot treatments (like wine stains etc.) But when they came over, the technician bumped up the estimate to $475. Several months went by before I questioned my son about automatic charges coming out of this acct. He had not authorized anything. When I called the number it was a private phone... Protect America, Inc is a security system company. They suppose to protect you but watch out if you didn't read their contract carefully you will get trapped!!! The apartment complex has a deal with Time Warner Cable that gets them money. So, they are not allowing the residents to choose the cable service they want by locking up the box for the connection and refusing access to the other cable companies. We asked for access so that we can choose the service that we want, but they are not relenting. We were not informed about any such rule when we signed the lease. We have had all our 7 lines down for over 2 hours this morning. They were fixing a mistake they made by creating another. It seems that Verizon has various vendors calling/harassing you to improve your current plan. They put us on a service without our approval. So, I had to call to finally return us back to our regular plan and credit us. So, they decided to change our lines DURING WORK HOURS (no approval, no notice)! On receipt of the product, which was broken, the merchant refused to issue a return authorization number. Their shipper had an unauthorized person sign, even though the appropriate person was clearly listed on the bill of lading.
