I bought a salad at Zaxby's in Perry Ga. I found a lange piece of plastic chopped up in my salad. I mailed it to quality control at their Georgia Headquarters. In the past 2 years I had two calls for service with HWOA. The calls were handled promptly. 1 Washing machine was replaced. 2 Garbage Disposal leaked and was replaced. However on 9-4-09 I needed the Air Conditioner repaired. My renter in Las Vegas in her late sixties with heart problems needed them fast. My family and I went to Pizza Hut Sunday, Sept 7, 2008 and we ordered pizza, bread sticks and drinks. The pizza was very over cooked and my daugther found 2 long strans of hair in her piece of pizza. We called the waitress to the table and she took the piece back in the kitchen and came out and told me they would give me 3.00 dollars off the order . The whole order was awful. I recently Donated a 92 Chevy Custom Van to KARS4KIDS.ORG. and was given a letter Of donation in the amount of $500 for a vehicle that was worth in excess of $3000. I was charged $129.00 by TLG for a service called Just for Me. I called them and they said I had signed up for it back in 2006. Therefore I have been charged for the past 3 years. This cruise left San Juan on 8/31 for a 7 day cruise to the eastern Caribbean. Highlights of the cruise were the 6 islands we visited including some great beaches. The wait and stateroom staff were great. But, this cruise had several problems: 1. I have not received mail for five days at my address. The delivery supervisor at the local branch was rude and uncooperative and said it must have been my fault or the fault of those doing nthe mailing. There is no accountability at the post office (Palm Springs Boulevard and Bruce B. Downs Rd.) I have not receive3d a check, a bill, a letter, and medicine that have been known to have been mailed.
