I purchased a female and male corn snake from the pet zone. My male corn snake is extremely aggressive even when I walk by the tank he will lunge at me. I tried to contact the pet zone as to what to do with him and i am getting no response. So they are not 'the after the pet sale' pet store I thought they were. While away for 2 1/2 months Pool-Aid was servicing our pool. Upon are unexpected return in early Sept. we found our pool had not been taken care of, the water was as green as the trees & sediment had settled on the bottom of the pool & sides. If you buy anything at Best Buy do not apply for their credit cards. I made this mistake TWICE (yes I am an idiot). Best Buy wont do anything for you if you need customer service concerning their credit cards. They refer you to the actual cardholder: HSBC Bank. I was in trouble with my lender, Countrywide. I didn't know what to do and I went online and found HOMEASSURE. I spoke to a representative named Neil. He was what I call compassionate to my needs and understanding to my situation. I explained in detail about what I was dealing with and that a sale date had been issued and I didn't know what to do. On my last 2 credit card statements I have this unauthorized charges for ACCOUNT PROTECTOR that I know nothing about. After calling Juniper I spoke to a rep who was obviously not in the USA and she said she could do nothing about these charges as I must have ordered them or they wouldn't be on my credit card statement. How do I deal with this kind of logic??? SO far they have not responded to my complaints and the charges remain. This is crazy. My next letter is to the State of Florida Attorney General. I recently registered on a site called "FAST DIRECT DOWNLOAD" with a friend's credit card. I was told to register for usd 5, after paying, I received an e-mail saying it was for a THREE DAY TRIAL. I sent them several e-mails to complain, but received no response from them. Two days ago, they charged the credit card usd 39 again and they said I have to cancel. I had to sit through a time-share presentation for more than 90 minutes (including, a "high-pressure sales pitch) to get a "free" trip to San Diego. Mazda American Credit charges $3.67/day if you are late. In addition they charge late fees. They are taking customers cars if they are 15 days late. I have found out through people in this field that they are doing this to make money. If this is the only way they can make money then I guess business isn't too good. They did this before - took the car for a total of two payments. This time I didn't even owe two full payments but cleverly neglected to tell me that they added $60 in fees! I signed up for Traveler's Advantage offered by Wells Fargo. The first month was free and as a bonus they would give me a video camcorder/digital camera. I have never received any info that I even signed up. Not even a simple confirmation letter with an account number. It's now 4+ months and I've gotten nothing! The only confirmation is the monthly charge for the service that I'm not getting!! It sounds like they're offering similar "deals" involving mp3 players or other incentives. Don't do it! I work there. I see EVERYTHING... unfortunately. The owner never washes his hands, he sexually harasses his employees, and the customers are cheated on their bill. The infamous wings are precooked halfway through, then left in a large green paint bucket on the floor with no lid. When the raw meat is cut, the owner completes cutting and then moves on to preparing the salad bar without gloves and with raw meat hands. I sent flowers through the internet and did not realize that I was also applying for a charge of $9.95 per month to my credit card. I have not used this service other than the flower order in March. I want these charges stopped and credit issued for 6 months, $59.70, which includes September. Charges have always appeared on or about the 2nd of each month. Please stay away from this company. In 2006 after multiple claims being denied, I personally sent multiple claims for my Dad by mail and fax. Each time I was told they did not receive them. In Nov. 2006, nothing had been resolved, so my Dad disenrolled. He was to have Medicare back as his primary ins. and purchased a supplement. I was asked at the Phila. International airport if I would like to sign up for frequent flier miles with USA, I did, never knowing the mess it would cause me. 3 year old refrigerator/freezer stops working, ice melts onto the floor and ruins the hardwood floor. Loss of food is expensive and 7 days without anything is very terrible. Also the door jam where the heater is to seal the door gets very hot, not only is it yellow now in color, but part is bowed out and cracking. Repair man says this is normal wear, and can't be fixed. Its only 3 years old and 6, 447.oo later this what I have to deal with. If it looks this bad now what is it going to look like 7 years from now. Cellhut advertise as if they are selling new equipment. In reality, they sell poorly refurbished phones. The phone I purchased still had the contact list from the prior owner. That one was so badly corroded I returned it immediately, only to have it replace with another piece of junk. Paint peeling, display falling off. My husband and I stayed at the Seattle Quality Inn and Suites during Bumbershoot.
