This is the second home that I have built. Never have I run into so many unresolved issues...not only did it take over 6 months to finish, it was done carelessly. The railing did not pass code. It was visible to low on the wall. They did not cut out a space for the hot water tank tobe vented. ordered a free trial bottle of Extreme AcaiBerry to try then received another bottle 2 weeks later without ordering it. When I called the company I was told that I am being charged for the bottles because I didn't cancel within 2 weeks if I didn't want to continue receiving it. I was told that I could not send the unused bottle back, the only thing they could do was to cancel my order but I was still responsible for the charge. I purchased printer ink for a very low price 6 months ago. they debited my account $22.0. I've never received the cartridge. I called them 4 times over last several months for my ink. they said it would be sent out. I waited 6-8 weeks, it never came. Website ordering is very misleading and confusing. I didn't want the vacuum but accidentally ordered it. I immediately followed their posted procedures to cancel it, but it was sent to me anyway. When I phoned customer service to discuss this, they said there would be no refund for the vacuum because it was "Free" and all I paid was shipping of $12.95. They were rude and unhelpful. The Kenmore Elite Trio Refrigerator is a terrible product! I have had mine 1 year and 3 months and it has been nothing but trouble. I had either 4 or 5 service calls in the first year. The most serious ones involved the icemaker fan. A service call means getting off of work and being by the telephone from 8am to 5 pm waiting for a call from the service person.
