I ordered the grant masters cd from an online ad. I filled out form and submitted it with all asked for information. When going over my bank statement, I found a charge for 39.95. When I called and asked about the charge I was told it was for the web access. I was not aware of this when I purchased the cd. I canceled the service after my access was finished. We have been struggling to get the amount of R5000 for a geyser that we replaced in the house of Mr Lee since April 2008.Mr Roux, the attorney, handling this complaint does not come back to us or give us any feedback on the case. I spoke to him three weeks ago and he said that if Mr Lee does not pay up within the next week he would take him to the court for small claims but up to this date we have not heared anything from Mr Roux. High pressure collection methods, they never make mistakes, it is all the post office, or something else, not them. Their charges are not straight interest but financial charges so paying them off early does not reduce the cost. But they call it interest in the beginning. There is no phone number to contact this company. Things do not work the way they say and their site is not user friendly. They lie in their advertisements by misleading you into thinking things that are NOT true. They will charge your credit card and when you try to use the service, it is as if you never joined . I tried to update my Microsoft Money 2006 software by download. I received an order confirmation for $35.98 in charges. The download failed and Digital River will not allow me to re download saying I have exceeded my limit of attempts. Every time I try to contact them by the web my attempt count goes up. I was late for a month in payment to HSBC/COSTCO credit card because of not receiving the email notification of the bill. I paid off the balance right away in addition to the exorbitant late fee upon receiving the notices, however, the late payment landed in my credit report nonetheless. I bought my Brinkmann Grand Gourmet 4415 3 years ago. The igniter quit after about 18 months. Lately the grill started to flare up when I lit it manually - not from grease but from some internal problem. There is a great deal of rust inside, even though I keep it covered. When I went to the counter to purchase my items, there were 12 people in one line and no one was in the store. I sold a car to Thriller Browne. He told me he had the money and to deliver the car. When I delivered it, he indicated he was $500.00 short and would give me the remainder in a few days. My wife and I stayed at the Holdiday Inn Santee SC on the night of 8-19-08. I used my bank debit card and we checked out on the morning of 8-20-08. The receipt left under the door was for the agreed upon rate of $95.50 which with the tax came to $106.96. However, my checking accounted was debited for $128.35. I stayed at the Iberostar Rose Hall from August 27th-Sept. 3, 2008 and noticed immediately upon check in things were not the same as the hotels in Mexico and the D.R.
