I have already made one complaint, I called safeidsupp.com back today to see about my refund and they said I would have to contact this site. I told them that I already had and they just said we don't have a record of that and you have to contact this website. I did not even get a loan from this company, they charged me $31.85 and I also got a charge of $26.00 for overdraft fee from my credit union. The aparment complex exercise room has not had air condition for a month! Also, the equipment in there is less than adequate and could be dangerous. The treadmill sometimes stops abruptly. I have complained numerous times to the manager and maintenance and I keep being told they will repair the ac and get some good equipment. My rent is not cheap and I cannot afford to join a health club and when I moved in I expected to have a safe facility to work out in because that is what I was told when I leased. I bought a 62" HDTV (Mitsubishi) from Best Buy in November of 2005 and paid $400 for a 4 year extended warranty. In the approximate three year time frame of owning this television it has been broken three separate times with an average repair time of 1.5 months and the longest time being over 2 months. I purchased an extended warranty on an automobile that I later sold. Mid April 2008, I applied for a refund of premiums paid and was told I was due a $700 refund and a check would be mailed the second week of July. After I was switched to Amigo from National Power company they charged me an outrageous charge of .2469 per kwh. I am on the phone with them for 1 1/2, but guess what I am on hold. my paycheck is being or going to be docked per a bill that myself and ex-husband have not had for at least 6 plus years. I purchased a home in 2005 and everything was paid off at that time. I recently purchased a washing machine from Sears Outlet in Deptford, N.J. When it was delivered it was found to have a slit in the drain hose. This company is a rip off. I signed a contract with Merchant Lynx Services credit card processing. Before I signed, I asked the salesman if there was a charge for equipment. He answered "no" and presented the contract to me. When I signed it the space was blank for the equipment. After leaving he filled in $69.95 for 48 months. I am now paying $4000 dollars for a machine that is worth about $300. I can't even get a legible copy of the signed agreement with Merchant Lynx. We have been renting from ez rental. Each time we talk to someone there has been different prices about the rentals. We extend they say how much needs to be taken off the card, they said they didn't receive all the money, but yet my bank statement says something different. I have been through 4 dryers in just 4 years. the first one had bad pipe threads on the inlet and outlet. the second one burnt out the compressor, the third one did the same, so they gave me a whole new model. this one keeps blowing fusus and they won't even speak to me now.
