I called the 800 number to have the account secure removed from my account because my account is in a debt consolidation program and I have cut up my card. The person who answered, argues with me and kept saying that I did not need to get rid of it. In 5/08 I purchased 4 Discus fish from Somethingsphishy. One was supposed to be a Siam Red Master. Instead it was a yellow fish. Doe not care for children. Has many teachers that sleep, discuss not liking mixed couples or children, allows things to happen to the kids and then tells the parent we saw nothing and I don't know what happened. This Center also shreds important letters from parents. Not feeding children is just part of the routine. At least twice a day there is a complaint that parents are not getting settled. I currently have two WAMU accounts. The first was originally a Providian account with a low interest rate. WAMU bought Providian about two years ago. After years of paying on time, my payment was two days late (my fault ) and my interest rate is now a whopping 33%!!! on a 2500.00 balance. Well, I have paid the balance off and called them to renegotiate a lower rate and they do not negotiate. I since received another WAMU offer for a 0% rate card with a lower rate and opened that. The company is making a fortune on the backs of those who are trying to resolve debt. It must be owned by attorneys who really know how to make the vulnerable bleed. We purchased this vehicle and immediately had mechanical problems. We attempted to return the vehicle the next day due to problems but were unsuccessful. We would have picked our 2nd choice if they would have allowed us to. We were told by the salesman that it was "Certified". It was not and we have had to return the vehicle several times for repairs. I have had ongoing problems with Peachtree. Sage won't support a two year old version of its product that doesn't run on Vista (another big complaint). We had to reload after our system crashed and now they think we have multi users. They won't help without a very substantial support fee. I had sprint pcs for a long time for years and they are so bad in our area. Our service was horrible and customer service is now charging me over $800. I don’t think this is correct. They then sent me a settlement for the account that was 50% off the balance. I know this amount isn’t correct and I had to cancel both phones. I never had any phone service because of the area and how the towers are set up here. It’s a rural area and at the time sprint was the only carrier here.
