On July 28, 2008, ID Secure a/k/a TLG Identity Security removed $11.99 from my checking/debit account without my knowledge or authorization. Warning! This company is bad news. Me and a coworker ordered both submitted a seperate order for two different batteries. He got his first and it was dead. He was able to get a new one after paying for more shipping and return shipping. The new one doesnt hold a charge as well as expected but is working. Opened a tarp to see if it was as per discription of what I ordered. Also to see color ( it is described as tan but it is'nt quite what I would call tan.) I signed up and paid almost $1, 000 to have them investigate and get my felony record sealed or expundged. I received very few e-mails back from them and then at the last I received one saying in the state of Ohio a record can only be given a clemency by the governor. From my understanding this is very hard to get and so my case was dropped. These people are felons themself so why are they allowed to come off as trying to help when all they do is steal you money. On this date of 7.30.08 @ 0910, I stopped in to a local Shell gas station (I-20 and Clemson Road) to use the facilities and obtain a drink. Art Adams service person stated there was a leak in the evaporator coil based only on the frosted coil. It must be replaced, $757 total. The unit was still working, but not fully cooling any longer even at ther highest setting. My experience is that this is a sign of low freon charge level.
