I worked for Erwin Martinkus & Cole. (1) They started me as an employee and then after 7 months switched me purportedly to an independent contractor under an unwritten bizarre compensation system. I ordered several items and two ABUs last year and all I get is e-mail from the company stating they will ship as soon as possible. The company (Superior Restoration Inc) sent a guy who came and took a look at the water stain in our living room. While checking the transactions on line on my business account as I do everyday I found a charge by DRIELEMENT5.com for $29.95. I do not know who they are or what they sell. I contacted my bank and the first thing they recommended I do was cancel the check card and get a new one wish takes 5 to 7 business days, this really creates an inconvenience as I use the card to make purchases for the business. I have a 04/12/2009 promotional expiration date. My payment due is 92.00 a month. I pay 334.00 a month. My past experiance with experiation date's 6 month's to a year out with other business, I could pay what I want and even skip a month, as long as I pay the Balance owed by the experiation date. Service was very good for several years up until a few months ago. My IP address is dropped almost consistently around 4-5pm every day. There are intermittent outages all day long. Not sure what has happened and no one at customer support can tell me anything. A few reps have admitted it's something on their end. The next day someone else denies it. They send tech supports out who find absolutely nothing wrong of course. My notebooks have always had a hard drive that breaks down or goes out. They tell me its just what happens we need to call the attorney general and let Gateway know you have to fix the problem don't give up. They replaced my sump-pump with what they claimed was a new Zoeller Sump Pump worth $250. I requested that they leave the box and the product/warranty information for me. They said that they would mail it to me because they needed to get it directly from Zoeller. They also said that they were Zoeller distributors. Once you get started you find your credit card being charged every 28 days so over a year you actually pay 13 "monthly" charges.
