I rented from this company and it was a living nightmare. They care nothing about you. All they care about is keeping a unit occupied. I would never buy from PJ'S Auto Village again. I purchased a used 1994 Mazda mx6 that was in EXCELLENT condition according to PJ's Auto Village main manager and his staff. Bought a Visa gift card for 50 dollars for my daughter. She tried to use it but the store would not accept it because it was declined. Called Vanilla Visa and was told that the card was active and had a balance of 50 dollars. Tried using it again but the store rejected it. I am writing to let you people know that I had dealings with Ameriquest in the past. It included over appraising, insurance tacked on that raised my mortgage premium. I purchased a fishing pole from McGuckin Hardware on 4/4 but took it back the following day because it looked defective. Because of their incompetence in what needed to be done, my wife has made at least 50 different phone calls between Litehouse, OUPS and the Litehouse contracted installer. We contracted with Lakeview Upholstery to recover our vintage dining room chairs. He took our down payment check and never scheduled our chairs to be picked up. After trying to contact them three times, and then finally asking for our money back, they contacted us and said that they could pick them up that afternoon. Beware of this company! They mess up 75% of your orders, sell items on their store which are NOT in stock then notify you that they are back ordered (average wait time 3-4 weeks), send the wrong items, send out items using MEDIA MAIL when you choose USPS Priority, do not even follow their own policies, take average of 1 week to reply via email with NO PHONE NUMBER! Dr. Clevens literally WROTE the BOOK on lip surgery! He lectures on this topic, he has done teaching videos for other doctors on surgery of the lip. Bill Heard Chevrolet in Kennesaw, Georgia on Barrett Parkway sold me a lemon. I used some retirement funds to aid me in buying a car to be used in a new business venture. The management is ridiculously disorganized and unfriendly. I am generally easygoing and has overlooked a few repairs and maintenance in the apartment that were incomplete. The biggest problem was they entered and changed the lock of my apartment when i was out of town FOUR days before my lease was due. Earlier in the spring I bought 2 Adirondack chairs at Joanne Fabrics and they were very nice. A few weeks ago I bought 4 more Adirondack chairs (on sale) at the same Joanne Fabrics Store. In regards to our arrival experience at the Sawgrass Marriott, we felt there was not enough information given to resolve the issue I had with having to leave my debit card number to hold for amenities.
