He got paid, installed broken cameras, never hooked up the equipment to record, the DVR never worked and never returned to finish the job. I hired American Moving Services for my move - big mistake. They told me that the pickup of my stuff would be either June 12 or June 13. I told them it was very important, and that if those dates couldn't be met, I would have to make other arrangements. They told me the pickup would be on one of those two days. I purchased 2 pair of 72 x 63 curtains imported by Park Designs at a local shop approximately 18 months ago for $29.95 each. I am new to building and tried working with this company on panellizing my house. It all sounded nice, they even got a bank to setup a loan with no 10% down through them. But, after months of no progress on a house plan from scratch, $1000 down to start, and $7000 to end business with them, they did pretty much nothing. Do not use Landmark. We made a purchase of a complete King Enlivenment ET w/Perfect Day Boxsprings in the amount of over 2K and within 7 months the springs had sprung. I made phone calls starting in Oct. and was told that they did not know when they could get someone to check it out. Awful experience. I was dropped off after my car being towed since it wouldn't start The minute I walked in, the man at the desk was unkind and uninterested. He let me know after doing a check that I needed a new battery and a new serpentine belt. The new battery would cost $90 plus $50 for labor to install it. WOW that's a RIP OFF. Today 7/14/08 I stupidly ordered the "free" cd to make money with Google and only pay $2.29. I soon discovered on your site that it is a scam and will charge other charges. I immediatley called the toll free number above to cancel the whole order. Loehmanns recently offered $10 coupon for any purchase. Many people went to their local Loehmanns store and posted that they used their coupons on clearance items. When I went to Loehmanns store near my area, a casher told me that their staff had a meeting and decided to not accept the coupon for clearance items even if the coupon says it is $10 off all the purchase. I rented a house represented by Premier Properties and picked up the key from the tenant. Premiere Properties charged me a re-key fee of $70 though the home was never re-keyed. They have refused to return the money owed me for the false charge and cannot provide a bill from a locksmith for the re-key anyway. The next day the rubber that they layed started to peal and I called Black Baer Seal to report this. I bought 3 Nexgen stackable shoe racks/stackable shoe organizers. The picture shows six pairs of shoes stored on the rack with plenty of room to spare. When I get them home and assemble them and try to put my shoes on it, I can only fit 5 shoes. If you stack them, you only gain room for 5 more shoes (NOT pairs of shoes). My feet are a normal size 6.5 in women’s and it’s not unreasonable to expect to fit 3 pairs of shoes on a shoe rack that claims to save space and organize. I gave several names as “references" and the company uses them as harassment tools and also violates my privacy by calling my references and in detail telling them why they are calling. I have a loan through prestige financial services and my loan was 2 days late. "Maria" has called all my references and in detail tells them she is calling regarding my car loan that is seriously late (2days).
