Empire Automotive Group
July 10, 2008
Empire Auto in Manchester NH misrepresented price and mileage in ad. I stupidly still bought the BMW Z3...it couldn't pass inspection...had to spend another $1, 000.oo in repairs... The owner of Empire was a slick little greaseball...he would not assist or make things right...he physically threatened me when I demanded my money back...he said his attorneys were smarter than the idiots at the NH Attorney Generals Office...he is a true scumbag...he should be put out of business...there have been many new BBB complaints of which he never responds to any and carries a negative standing... read full review »

Wendy Abu-el-hawa
July 10, 2008
Wendy Abu-el-hawa is a dead beat parent and a con artist. Wendy lies about her age, her education, her marital status, she denies her child publicly, she steals from the poor and the wealthy. Wendy has not been prosecuted though it is alleged that she has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from people all over the country. Wendy falsified urine tests when she worked for The Salvation Army, probably for money. Wendy has had people falsely imprisoned for abuse and has tried to have people physically harmed for abuse that never occurred. If she can be stopped, she should be stopped before someone really does get injured on her behalf. read full review »

Bikeparts USA
July 10, 2008
I have placed two orders with this firm and both turned into nightmares. The first order was shipped by US mail AGAINST my instructions, and was lost. I had to wait eight WEEKS to get a refund, then had to write letters and e-mails and threaten to get it. The second order (I don't know why I forgave them) had three good items and one that did NOT match the website description AT ALL. They have not answered their phones or e-mail for two weeks, and I have referred the matter to my credit card company. CONCLUSION: Why deal with these dodgy... read full review »

July 10, 2008
I reserved a truck on line using their website, and they sent me an email saying they will call me two days before my reserved date to let me know where and when to pick up my truck. They didn't call. Then I try to call them to find out, I waited for an whole hour without anybody answering my call. So I decided to wait for another day. On the day before my reserved date, nobody called me either. So I tried to call them again, waited on the line for another hour, still nobody answered my call. City Toyota

I came in for express lube - and technicians/service rep told me I need tire rotation. They said it will take 45 mins to an hour. I waited for 4 hours on the lobby - nobody gave me an update until I looked for the technician. They fin ally finished and gave me back the car. Next day - the steering was wiggling/shaking. I took it back and technician/rep told me that tires were not aligned. And I have to pay extra to get it fixed. I argued with the people - they offered to rotate back the tires for free. I argued that I paid for the service... read full review »

After cancelling the Wu-Yi tea and this subscription for which I have never received anything, this company will continue to charge your account with unauthorized charges. Don't even think about calling them on the phone. I got the phone number from another victim and I was literally on hold for 30 minutes and then the line went dead. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and I am currently in the process of closing the account and opening a new one...This is not worth all the trouble but I want the company to know they cannot do this to customers. read full review »

Payless Car Rental (San Diego)
July 10, 2008
About 2 weeks ago I rented a car from Payless at the San Diego location. Well about 2 days ago, I was contacted by one of the employees there requesting my insurance information. I then asked, what do you need that for? His response (Mark) was, well to pay for the damage that was done to the front bumper. I then explained that he must have the wrong person because there was no damage AT ALL to my car. He said no, it was me because the date and time conincide with when I returned the car. ordered 4 items from their web site. The drop ship from China, so rec'd the 4. Two were not what I expected, so have been sending emails (no phone numbers are listed) asking for a refund (per their no questions asked return policy). So far, all I'm getting is returned emails asking me to take credit instead. I've been replying 'no', want refunds--so far same reply back to me ' can we give you credit'... I had new Alside double hung windows & patio door installed on my house the summer of 2007 by Kevin Clifford of Heartland Remodelling Inc. (Gurnee, IL). If you choose Heartland, be prepared to waste a lot of time and energy to get returned calls or to have follow-up work completed! I ordered a Ladies Rolex Daytona from this group and I also read everything I could before I paid my $200. I got a watch that didn't work and they never would give me a return address. Even their reply emails were phoney. They always respond with the same customer service rep - Rob. They are obviously putting their own testimonials in and the return policy is a joke. Don't buy anything from Lifetimereplicas! I contacted VISA and they said to return the watch by certified mail, but you can't get a return address! Restonic
July 10, 2008
My husband and I purchased a mattress from Park Furniture, Altoona, Pa. under the impression we were recieving the best service from a small business owner. The mattress, Allure from Restonic, cost us $1600! It lasted about a year and a half then formed permanent indentations on both sides. It no longer offers support or pain free nights. I toss and turn and wake up unrested and in much pain. They will not do anything about this as there is small stain on the mattress which they say voids the warranty. I have read other complaints about this same problem. read full review »

We picked Schumacker back in March to ship all of our goods from our NY apt to our new Singapore home. We bought a nail grooming tool from PETICURE.COM. The device is a sander for the nails on a dog. We were tired of clipping the nails, and the inherent danger of hurting the dogs by clipping to close the quick. We were excited about the idea of sanding the nail down. The device arrived about a month later and we used it right away. Great idea the dogs needed some training but took to it well. A few months later the unit would not turn on NO POWER! Alexandria Urological Associates: Wong Jeffrey E MD
July 10, 2008
Dr. Jeffrey E. Wong MD with Alexandria Urological Associates His mistakes nearly killed me. He wrongly told me I had kidney cancer, then operated anyway. He screwed up the operation so that I had to be tube fed for a year in hospitals. He did not refer me to anyone who could fix his mistakes. I had to find a doctor on my own who did fix Wong's mistakes. I found Dr. Jeff Wong to be very risky and dangerous. Cal Spoon was hired by the Searcy family in Odessa Texas in October of 2007 to build a new 2 story home. Instead he built a metal shell with no footing under the building. To give you an idea on how bad it is, the average footing for this type of structure, according to a structural engineer that checked the damage, suggested 2 feet at the main beams and 16 inches else ware. My Spoon gave us 4 inches at one end and 8 at the other. Why the varying in thickness? Well he also did not level the ground out. We ended up spending about $60, 000 extra... read full review »
