I applied for the Uverse services from AT&T. I have had cell phone service with them since they first took over Cingular. I have over $200 in cell and data services for my two sons and myself. I decided to have a custom bobblehead made of my friend. She is Chinese and has East Asian features. The doll does not look anything like here and is of very poor quality. They obviously painted another doll on their website so that it would have black hair. The painting was done very poorly and the lettering of her name was crooked. When I asked to have the doll remade they said they would charge another 25$ and do not offer refunds. I was the winning bidder for a 7 day vacation at Oyster Bay in St. Martin. They did not honour the auction because they claimed I had an existing reservation through Expedia. Not only did they not honour it, but they did not even have the courtesy to contact me that there was a problem. My reservations and payment were made on 6/23/08-due date was 6/30/08. About two weeks after that, I contacted them for verification. That's when I learned there was a problem. I have it in writing from Expedia that no such reservation exists. The house that I rented from this company in South Lake Tahoe is so poorly maintained, that it is uninhabitable! It’s filthy. It smells. And nothing works right. Their web site lies. Right Toyota, of Scottsdale Arizona refused to cover under warranty a transfer case that failed on our '07 FJ on the assertion that it was towed, and therefore it voided the warranty. This, despite the fact that the drive shaft had always been disconnected during towing, and therefore towing could not have caused the transfer case failure. You cannot tow the FJ straight out of the box. You must use a drive shaft disconnect kit. Hundreds are being towed with that same kit, with no problem.
