Ordered dash kit, promised 4-5 delivery, came in 2 weeks. Colour did not match oem. Tried to return, talked to Steven r 6-8 times, kept getting run around, finally got return auth. number to begin return process. Website says that once return auth. number is issued, a credit will happen in 4-5 days. After 2 weeks and several more calls to Steven r credit was finally issued minus restocking fee of 50 dollars plus I am out the shipping fee of $18 to send the kit back. Past member that will tell you that you can find much better gyms than this. They look good; however, the management at this place has a lot to be desired. Tried to get issues rectified with my membership and they just refused to listen or respond. Tried to get them to resolve by contacting the Better Business Bureau and they just said so what! Look at the other complaints on this board about them and just Google them and read other reviews and you will see a clear pattern. I have received many calls from them regarding an open account. They claim I owe them $500. I gave them the last 4 digits of my SSN which didn't match and my address which also didn't match. Apparently, I have the same name as someone who skipped on them. I am sending them a certified letter copying our state dept of consumer affairs instructing them not to call me any more. I bought a computer from them. Total was around $3000 dollars. It was a Compaq Presario that I later found out was only about $458 at Office Depot. The monitor quit working. After 6 months of them not returning my calls, I called a different store that put me through on a direct line to Customer Service. They do not send replacements. They would give me a $450 credit for an entire new system. That would put me in debt again for $2500 and I am not willing to do it. Since I am from Garden Grove, I spoke with Union Dodge, first. And yes, it was a big hassle. They decided that I was a moron and treated me accordingly. I came here for a 2 week conference. The room I had (on 12th flr) was clean but old. The toilet ran all the time even after they came to fix it (3 times) I finally just kept the door closed and stopped calling. A colleague changed her room 4 times because there are large air conditioners outside many of the windows and if you room is below the 6th floor they are very loud. I have waited three months to get a final CO on my home electric and Victor always has excuses for himself not to complete the job. This is preventing me from getting my final home inspection and my final CO. I highly recommend that nobody uses Pickney electric for residential work. I applied for a payday loan with this company, however, I did not apply for the ID theft protection. They withdrew $31.98 from my account for the Id theft protection without my permission. The Red Rock - don't even try it. Stay downtown or on the strip. The restaurants are sub-par. T-Bone Restaurant doesn't even have a T-bone one the menu (except for a $99 T-Bone for 2). I bought my bedroom furniture from Sunshine and paid a pretty good price including a new mattress set and delivery and setup. Unfortunately because of a very RUDE and UNHELPFUL employee who called DENIA, the trip became unpleasant. Citifinancial Mortgage Company, Inc. lost or misapplied my March 2008 payment. Hello, Bharamatrimony all of a sudden came up with this idea of auto-renewing the memberships and charging the credit cards without notifying the members. Luckily I checked my credit card statment and noticed it, and requested them never to auto-renew my membership. they agreed that time. Guess what?
