The cincinnati police suck so much. They gave a parking ticket to my g.f who is parked in front of my driveway, who has a license plate from another state, on a closed off street! They cant have a pot hole fixed to save there life. My problem is maintenance issues. Since I have moved in in January, there have been many maintenance problems that I have brought up to the office and have never been taken care of. Company called me in Australia on home phone offering deal. I unfortunately gave them my credit card details and they charged my card. It was supposed to be towards accommodation in Florida. Company does not answer phone calls and larger amount was charged to my card. ACCC in Australia said that web site was registered in Arizonia. Very poor management. I was charged $100.00 for a satellite dish on the balcony that was there when I moved in. I purchased a Sears Oasis washing machine November 2007, after 6 months the machine would not spin, the Sears repair man came out and fixed it. He stated that there were problems with this model. In June 2008 the machine would not spin, Sears said this is unrelated to the other incident and this would not be covered under the warranty. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Sunset Strip Shoes. The first two pairs came in the wrong color. And the last pair was back ordered. I contacted the company about what I could do about the shoes that came in the wrong color. They took FOREVER getting back to me and then gave me the run-around. We just canceled our "free vacation" and are stuck with a $60.00 charge. They tell you you will be staying in one of their resorts, but when you get your confirmation in the mail, it ends up being the Red Roof Inn. Waiting on the phone for 15-30 minutes (wonder why?) only to listen to some tech give you a novel of excuses about why you aren't getting better service. I hired this moving company in April. We negotiated a price and I understood that it would be a 3hr minimum (1hr was for drive time, gas, etc., while the other 2 hrs would be moving time). My order was for "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles". I paid a total of 87.95 including shipping. I was very disappointed with the product that you provided. The picture quality was very poor. (grainy as if copied from an 8 hour VHS tape on to DVD). The episodes had pieces of television commercials. The logo for a cable TV channel was on some pictures. The entire series is obviously a pirated copy and not from Lucas Film. I demand a full refund of my entire purchase price and cost for shipping.
