They picked up my set, to it to the shop, witnessed it making the popping sound it was making in my living room called me and left a message on my phone "stating for the record it made a pop sound". My husband and are going through the same horror story. Back in October of 2007 we place two orders that totaled up to more than $1, 000. We practically called 100x's a day, and submitted e-mails after emails and its been nearly impossible to get of hold of a living person. No one returns our calls. I bought a Fastcard pre-paid atm card for my teen aged son. According to instructions, you transfer it over to a pre paid credit card. We followed the instructions, and waiting for a month for the new card. I gave them a call. That was a miracle to get to talk to someone live. Any way, I was informed that they couldn't change the card over! I couldn't believe that they hadn't contacted me. They did apologize and gave me instructions on how to obtain a refund. Just another complaint about Raymour & Flanagan. They are awful!! They damaged my floor and then they agreed to settle after nine months. I've been waiting for the check for weeks and nothing. When I call the people that answer keep disconnecting me by mistake. The service center is just awful. I signed up for a one month membership with Investors hub, a NON renewing membership. Guess what? They made it an automatically renewing membership. When I complained about this to them they replied "We would never do that." Outright lie, right there. Don't buy a membership with them! They ruined their own website by now doing L2 "in house". Beaudry or keystone manufacturer will not fix the structural damage done from too much water in fresh gallon water tank due to no overflow valve opened. We have had this toy hauler since Xmas and have had no problems, the manufacturer is responsible for this damage and will not fix it. Don't ever buy a keystone toy hauler, Beaudry RV are crooks! Sales ***, Service ***, and their reputation is nasty, awful. They should be put out of business. I made an arrangement with a representative from Countrywide Timeshares about putting our property in Orlando for vacation rental. We paid the $500.00 fee and to date, we have not heard from one single potential renter nor have we heard from the representative after numerous calls to their office. Same thing happened to me with USAA...We just moved to Montana...I was told that I would not be able to renew my policy because of a Bankruptcy three years ago...Makes not sense because I have changed the policy before and had no problems. I am very disappointed and plan on elevating this higher. Oh I was told that a supervisor was in a meeting and he would call me back in 15 min...it has been over 30!!! My husband ordered this and now after calling on the 10th day to cancel they said they have already sent out the month supply. I have even requested to listen to the phone conversation because they say that on the 10th day they will send out the month supply. That seems like bull**** to me. It has been my experience just now not to purchase the extended warranty from Sears when it comes to exercise equipment. We purchased a NordicTrack Audiostrider 990 on March 11, 2008. We now need warranty repair. After calling Sears, they told me that I needed to contact Universal Technical Services, who offers the extended warranty through Sears. Advance resorts of America Potlatch resort Laconner, Washington. At first look everything seemed good. Outdoor park tidy although seemed to have many puddles of water around campsites. The recreation room and showers are terrible. There is no handicap access to the weight room that I could find, the swim pool downstairs was nice, there are two hot tubs. I had three Bang & Olufsen phones. Volume was not working properly. Salesman told me I needed new batteries, at a price of $37 each. I ordered them. The phones still did not work after new batteries were installed, and the company refused to take back the two that had not been opened. I corresponded with company; no response. I went there because I had a cracked tooth and wanted it extracted. They gave me antibiotics, which was the correct route to go in the beginning, after waiting aprox. 8-10 days they made a follow up apt for me to get the tooth extracted, being in severe pain for 8-10 days I was relieved that it would soon be over. I got my hair cut at the hair cuttery the other day and it was ruined! I got my hair washed and trimmed pretty quickly and I paid for it and I even threw in a tip. I then looked in the mirror and saw that it was a bit longer in the back than it should have been. I asked the "stylist" if she could snip of 1/2" or a full inch in the back. She got pissed. I got a new car from Honda 2005 I have been making payments I lost my job and made some payments late call them to find out how much I owed and they send me the letter stating what I owed even though I knew that the amount was more then what I owed I sent them the payment.
