I think it is very unfair if a person pays their bill all the time and they are late one time and you drop the amount of calls to four calls. I can see if the customer is continually late, but if they are paid up-to-date, than their calls should be reinstated. During the summer of 2007, a very sly APEX alarm, door-to-door salesman came to our door and got us to sign up for an alarm system. We were told we could cancel at any time (which you can only if you pay out the contract or get someone to take it over). We were also told the system was the best around. Yesterday, while cooking dinner, I turned the GE wall oven (model: JTP85BA2BB) on to bake at 350 degrees. About 15 minutes later I walked past the oven to notice a bright fire in the right corner of the oven. I purchased a new HD 26" Insignia TV Model NS-LTDVD26 in Oct 2007 and just now had to try connecting the Cable Company's input cable to the antenna fitting on the set. The TV set will not take standard size connecting screw type fittings. They then claimed that there was a mix up, and instead of purchasing 4 micro cameras they claimed I purchased a power supply.
