Recently, i had made a purchase over the internet. Now, normally i choose not to do this sorta thing because of the internet security issues. Now i have a complaint to register. I was trying to find Adobe Acrobat Reader and the search led me to this site. They were asking $13 and change to download the program. After I did the credit card info and downloaded the product, I found that I had downloaded some product that I have no knowledge of and do not know how to work, if it works at all. It is NOT Adobe Acrobat Reader. There is also some kind of business suite 30 day trial that I have no use for. They charged my credit card $72. I have not been able to uninstall the business suite. Optical department provided a quote for standard optical exam and glasses. The optical office operations charged the total amount at time of service not discounting the expected insurance reimbursement. JC Penney's then filed the claim. The insurance company then reimbursed PC Penney’s and not me, the customer. Therefore JC Penney's was paid twice. However, PC Penney's refuses neither to refund the payment to me nor to send back to the insurance company. This company sells HoodiBurn and has a history with its customers of stealing money from your bank account. They keep your debit and credit card information and continue to remove or charge to these cards without your permission or knowledge. They have a number to call but no one ever returns the calls and it sounds as though the voice mail was done while riding in a vehicle with the windows down. I fell for the Penbrook scam yesterday, and yes I too knew better. At least some of you got something. I made an appointment specifying the ad they have in the PennySaver for $39. Exam, X-Ray and Cleaning. Specifies in absence of gum disease but does not specify level of cleaning. I rented a car Online and was offered insurance for 19.99 a day through Travel Guard. 2 days. I printed off the A proof of the policy to take to the rental company, The National Rental company does not recognize insurance from them, so I had to purchase insurance again from the car rental company. Four of us went on their half hour tour. Three of us got good window seats, however, my seat was in the middle of two adult males. I was squished like a sardine between the two. The seat belt had no expansion. I am a normal size, thin woman, however the seat belt was so tight, it cut into me the entire ride. I have (had) a pair of ecco boots, insulated, gore tex lined. no problem with the water proof aspect, but the sole disintegrated and cracked in half. they did not wear out, but fell apart.
