For the last couple of months I have told the dentins that I had sensitivity to cold and pain when I bit down on hard foods. The dentist told me that it was my wisdom tooth, and that I should have it pull. To make a long story short, I had the tooth pulled and there is still pain. I reported this to the dentist only to be told I needed a root canal. I am in pain, and every time I call upon the dentist, they tell me something else. I'm just adding to the list of AT&T rebate complaints that are already online. Again just another case where the rebate never made it to me. I followed up and kept track of my forms and still nothing, no recourse, and nowhere else to go. Submitted in September. I have been a paying member of this site for over 8 years. When I went to renew my account on 03/09/08, I was informed that I had already done so, and was unable to verify how or when I had done so. The next day-03/10/08- I was demoted to a standard member, and the cost of renewing had grown by at least 20%. I ordered a Toy Truck for delivery in Portland. According to UPS the item was already in Portland on Feb 29 - and today is 11 days later - March 11. I tried to set up an account though this website and was informed that my credit card had been denied. The next day I come to find that I had been charged. I tried using their program to download stuff and I was not able to use it due to my firewalls. Car was brought to the shop because it made a loud bang around the transmission area then quit running. After waiting over a week and a bill of $2102.99 my 18 year old daughter still does not have a car to drive. She picked the car up drove a couple miles and the car did the exact same thing leaving her stranded in traffic. It did the same thing several more times as we tried to get it home. She will have to continue renting or borrowing a car until the real problem with her car can be determined and repaired. Digilake.com appears to be a sham website that attempts to trick consumers into filling out surveys. The company offers no address or phone contact information at all on its website, and does not respond to emails. Every product they purportedly 'sell' offers a special discount if one is willing to fill out a survey. After the scammers have tricked a user into filling out a survey, the website sends visitors to an error message instead of a checkout screen. I used to work for this Rite Aid, and believe me when I tell you that it was horrible. First of all, I was given the very bare minimum of hours, usually between 20 and 25. I have had to file 2 complaints with the ftc and today was the first for a bbb complaint. I was told today when they called for the first time since I filed the first complaint that they will not remove my number and will continue to call me everyday. i am a debt collector myself and i have never treat any of the people i call the way this company has treated me. I dined there 3 times. The first time was acceptable. I had ordered some weight loss liquid drops from this company. What I received was a small bottle of half liquid half dried up sludge. When I went to squeeze the bottle the cap blew off and most of the product went into my glass of water. I brought my GMC Suburban in for bumper repair, along with a scratch on the rear door, and taillight damage. I backed into something. Clothes are being destroyed. My residence is in Wayne, NJ. I have a house and usually wash my clothes at home. I have a contract work at Watertown, MA and rent an apartment at Medford. There is no launderer neither in the apartment and in the building and that is why I needed to find an outside place. I used this company twice. When we moved into out house 8 years ago, we bought new Kenmore products -Washer/Dryer . In the last 5 years we have bought a oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher all Kenmore. Charter Internet is awful! Charter Internet has the worst online email I have ever experienced. More frequently I cannot log into the service when I try. Sending email from their web interface is pointless, since their javascript-based interface usually fails to initialize and just shows an error message. They are the wort business owners I have ever dealt with. They will tell you one thing and do another. Do not sign anything they put in front of you. It is my opinion they have poor business practices and have no morals. The economy is slow now and you should do better by using any other company instead of Home Improvement Services.
