I attempted to redeem some vouchers that were part of a package of products that I purchased a few years back. They have since then changed the name of the products - the products are the exact same thing just now have a new label. They also have switched the voucher - same exact concept which is that you buy a product with the voucher at a discounted rate. So of course they have said my vouchers are no longer valid. They inspected and passed a new hot water heater in the spring of 07. The pipe going into the top was not installed properly. Thus, it leaked flooding the area and ruining the heater. This was the determination of a leak detection expert. Also, there was not enough clearance around the heater as required by code. Terrible company!!! I order a brake part and was told it would ship immediately and arrive in two days. It was not shipped for two days and then they send a fuel pump. This "loan' company is a complete scam! They told me I was approved for a $5000.00 loan, but I had to pay 5 of my monthly payments upfront, totaling $787.50. After I sent the money, my so called rep's manager called to say that after reviewing my file, I had to send another $787.50 for a total of 10 months upfront because of my credit history, and then they would send me $7000.00 as opposed to the $5000.00 I had applied for. I do not know what this web is about and when I check my bank statement there is two withdraws without my concern for the amount of $14.95. When I called the 1-888-436-4096 number no live agents are available. What it was provided to me by the recording was the email address www.consumerbill.com. I had ordered flowers online from ProFlowers aka 800 ProFlowers. Recently I checked my bank account, just to check on it, and noticed a 14.95 charge from Easy Saver. Apparently when you enter your email address somewhere it gives you a free 30 day trial then gets your Credit Card info FROM ProFlowers!! and starts charging your account!! How crazy!? After ordering online, including giving my ccard CCV number, they called me to "confirm" my order. Instead, he tried upselling me a battery pack. When I declined, he hung up. I purchased a vacation package from the radio station. I thought the purchase price was all I had to pay. When in fact once I received the request forms I found that I had to pay an additional amount for each vacation "deal" we purchased. Then when I received the Certs Inc. Green Tea Ad for free one month trial. Scam... I did not like the tea and tried to return it. They would not refund my the tea, because my 30 days wasn't up. I purchased my 1st home in May 2005. This was all new to me. The finance company that helped me secure the loan left out a lot of IMPORTANT details. Out of nowhere, i get this new desk top in dark blue with big red letters telling me my computer was infected with spyware. They misspelled "YOU'RRE infected". I tried to reset my desktop, but it kept coming back. In the lower right of my screen was a little shield that would pop up a warning to get this software. Then another pop up would appear telling me "Security-monitor warning/Trojan SPM/LX. I contacted my virus/spyware provider, we couldn't get rid of it. Yoursavingsclub.com charged has been charging my account a monthly membership fee without authorization. I asked them to stop in January as I do not wish to do business with them and had to call again in February with the same request. When I call, they state I have been refunded the amount, but I continue to receive a new charge of $1 from them each month. I have been trying for a month to find out who owns the tank on our property. I have made several phone calls, left numerous messages and had several people leave me with the promise to "call back". I ordered the PorActiv package and was automatically given a free months worth of the VitaClear. After my daughter tried it she got sick, vomiting and such. I immediately canceled the product and was told that they had already shipped the new months worth. I was then told the money they took out of my account was not refundable until they received the package. I have since returned the package and not received a refund. I bought the compete set of Rawhide DVds after seeing dvd donkey's ad in eBay sponsored links (in the UK). They were delivered promptly, but so far have been of the quality you would get by videoing the episodes yourself on an indifferently-tuned TV (and leaving some of the commercial breaks in) which is obviously what the makers have done - the starts of some episodes even carry video tracking signals on them. I cannot recommend the Waterboss 900. In addition to myself, my brother bought one and we both had problems. He had to replace his timer within the first week. They say the part costs $180, but since it was under warranty, they replaced it free. I would like anyone who will read this to know in Dutchess County N.Y you can be denied all health care even with full medical insurance. I fell down 3 times in early 2005 unable to walk or speak, tasting metal. And when I got the prescription they trying to charge me more than three time the price I would have to pay at (competitor's name redacted). On 5/14/07 I sent a $9.00 check for a pre-paid Visa to Legacy Visa - a susidiary of 1st Natl Bank. The Check was cashed but no card ever arrived.
