I went to popeys on Sunday, March 9th at 7 30. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches combos, but just received the sandwiches, after arguing with the clerk, he acted like he is doing me a favor by giving me half a cup of sprite that I left there. Also asked him to check his receipt, which he could not find. He also did not have a receipt for me. I rang Tesco car insurance on Monday 25th February 2008 relating to my direct debit mandate and my policy been canceled without my knowledge, and that Tesco had failed to inform me of such an action. In 2004, I got estimates from several pool companies for an in-ground pool. Decided to use Blue Haven. Signed a contract and they arrived in May to start the job. I purchases a Virgin Mobile Cell phone recently and when I tried to activate it, I was told that it was not unlocked. I went to the store, Target, that I bought it from and they tracked my sale and showed me that my phone had been activated on the day of the sale,1/21/09. My girlfriend and i decided to try rolling our own cigarettes. We bought the TOP starter kit, only because she wanted the top FLIP-TOP box that it included. When we got to the car and opened it, it had a cheap piece of crap clear plastic sliding case, nothing like the false advertised box showed on the front. Attended seminar which told us they guaranteed we would get a grant. High pressure selling, manipulative tactics. Made it sound like they would do your business plan or at least walk you through it. This company has called many, many times over a bill that they say I owe to Verizon Telecom dating back to 9/18/2001. This alleged bill has never been posted on my credit report. I too hired GoldStar Van Lines for a move from CA to Houston, TX. They picked up my furniture/household goods on 2-20-08. I brought my newborn to Walmart’s PictureMe Studio on 03/05/08 at 6pm. In the first pose his face was falling forward. I told the photographer, Melissa, she needed to try another pose. I am in the Navy and am required to move around a lot. I also do a lot of traveling inside the US visiting family and friends. My T-mobile phone only works in a few spots of the US. I always see others with version and Cingular using the phone, but mine has no antenna. I thought maybe I could get a new phone (with another 1Year contract) and that would fix my problem. I was wrong. I now have a cell phone that works less than 35% of the time while these other folks walk around me using the cell phone all the time. One of the biggest mistakes I have committed is giving HP another try, several years ago we bought a HP Pavillion 6000 laptop from BJ's wholesale club.
