Quantumtone did not honor their 15-day money back guarantee. I canceled VOIP service within 15 days of beginning the port of my existing number, but they lied in their documentation to my credit card company when I disputed the charges. My son, daughter and I went to China Kitchen yesterday 3/13/08 to get some dinner. I ordered it for to go but decided to go ahead and eat there. We sat at the table and ate approximately around 9:25. I have had my 2001 SL in and out of there for nearly a year for the same problem. I have given them well over $600.00 so far, in several different trips, to fix the same issue. An honest shop gave me the bad news that the main computer brain needs to be replaced, and only Saturn dealerships are allowed to make this repair. The 360 sharepro slow down my computer to nothing or locks it up. It doesn't let me close the program and when it does, it takes for ever to close. To close the program, I have to re-boot my computer by turning the switch on and off. Overnight the contactor on our A/C unit outside shorted out causing the unit to continually run even though the air handler inside the house was off. I called Universal Air in the morning and they sent a technician out in the afternoon. After removing the access panel from the outside unit, he quickly diagnosed the bad contactor and informed me that he can replace it for $250. He also said I probably need Freon for another $100. I have an LG Dryer model # DLG5932S. We continue to have an issue with the dryer not drying clothes thoroughly. This results in constantly running the dryer for hours. We have made 3 calls for repairs so far. The first two repairmen checked the lint trap in the dryer and the vent outside my house. Said "that's the problem" and walked out. I have a trade with Interval International for 2 years. I have tried 3 times to get someplace I want to go. Upon our 3rd attempt to use the trade, the customer service staff told me I am on priority list and gave me a priority code in September 2007. As we approach the date, I cannot get customer service to respond to emails, I am now on hold for 45 minutes with no customer service rep responding, it keeps bouncing me between rings and music. I just discovered a $19.99 charge on my debit card to these people. I have absolutely NO recall of EVER contacting them for anything for I don't even know what they do. I purchased a Gateway MX6956 computer on 11/28/2006 from Best Buy #302 Skokie, ILL. The unit worked without any problems until August 2007 when the Sprint Mobile Broadband PCMCIA card failed to power up. I had breast augmentation with Dr. Asaadi several years ago which resulted in one of my implants bottoming out and dropping more than one inch below the other breast. I was recently in a car accident and have AAA for car insurance. My car is going to be in the shop for a while so AAA suggested I get a rental and I was told that unless I got a rental car with upgrades I would not have to pay for it so I agreed to get a rental.
