I ordered WuYi tea off the internet at the end of Jan. They had said it was refundable if not satisfied. When it arrived there was no billing information. No address in which to return the product. When trying to call the number they had given it is a recording. I was billed 6.95 for the first shipment. Then some bill of 19.95 from Living Lean Las Vegas appeared on my card. I was billed again for 37.00. Today 3-7-08 I was billed for 59.95. I had talked to someone on the live chat and canceled my order a day after I placed it and they assured me it would be canceled. My wife and I made the mistake of ordering a disk for information and got a big headache. The free trial lasts 7-14 days which is truly convenient for them, because it took 14 days just to get the disk to us. Assuming the trial would start AFTER the first login session. Whatever you do if these cold callers call you. They trap you and say that you already have a listing with them and want to renew. I never signed and agreed to anything and yet I get an invoice in the mail for some absorbent amount. I called the customer service and they gave me the run around. I signed with Premier Fitness in Huber Heights, Ohio on 3-21-04. Due to back injuries I was forced to put a freeze on my membership on 8-11-04. In the beginning of December 2007 I noticed that there were 3 separate charges (direct debit) to my bank card for Skype usage. These charges were pulled from my Business account with PayPal, who can pull money out of your bank account any time they wish. The 3 charges were all completed on the same day - November 29, 2007. The boat takes you to Molokini Island to snorkel and see wonderful marine life. What they fail to tell you is that you are only allowed to snorkel in a tiny 100 x 100 foot box area marked by buoys!! For an island that is 400-500 yards long they will only let you explore a tiny sliver of the sea life that abounds. In the past, I have done business with other banks, but I have never experienced anything like what this bank is doing. I know that if you overdraw your account, there is a $35. fee. This bank charges the fee every five days until you make a deposit. I've spoken to these cold hearted cut throats and have gotten nowhere with them. There is a board right above the LCD panel on my 46" TV amongst other numerous boards, which Samsung does not provide to its authorized repair shops. So when this board goes bad, they are telling you to buy a whole new LCD panel, which is so expensive that you are better off to buy a new TV all together. I had gotten on a papyment plan with the GAP. At that time i was told my account would be handled by GE Money Bank. The funnything was I still recieved GAP statements, but GAP could not process my payments. One time a collection person called for payment. I do recall an invitation to join approx 2 yrs ago, and I did recieve a magazine, a short time afterwards I recieved a small key chain and some stickers with my name on them. I went in with my family to have a family photo taken and the photographer (Roni) was a very poor photographer. She only told my husband and I where to sit and how to sit.
