I received an Insurance check in 05 for damages done to my vehicle. I sent it to Triad endorsed with my signature. We have recently noticed, on our bank statements, unauthorized amounts totaling 61.49 coming out over the last 3 months. I contacted Credit Diagnosis to order credit reports from the three major credit-reporting entities. I was unable to get assistance from them online and to phone them. They asked for sensitive information on the phone, which is illegal. They requested my SSN, for example. After being able to print out my credit reports, the next day I have three emails saying I will be charged a fee if I DON'T CANCEL. They were too small and after researching the internet for a telephone number I finally found one. (The email address for this merchant did not work.) I won't be going back to Fridays again - the place is nice, but their business practices are very deceptive. They emailed a $5 off of 15 coupon with a link 'send this email to a friend and get 2,0087 goldpoints' (their frequent diner program). This company is a scam. It charges to view postings lifted from other websites. The agents and websites did not authorize apartment hunters to use their listings. All of the listings i contacted were either no longer available (some as long as 6 months off the market) and others couldn't even find the property due to lack of reference number.
