I am currently an employee at Quiznos in Mooresville NC. I have a list with at least 12 names and numbers of people who have worked there in the last three months. On Friday, 1-11-08, I had a frightening experience at the Riviera casino in Las Vegas. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon. Was treated unfairly by McKay's Family Dodge Chrysler Jeep. The took in my vehicle - made me wait 1 week for the service manager to return in order to determine if they'd fix my vehicle under warranty (without any offer for a loaner car). These charges appeared on my card in Nov. 07. After several phone calls to their number I was told that they could not find any info on my account and the only way to stop the charges was for me to give them my credit card number. When I asked, how can you charge my card without my number on record; I was immediately transferred to a Supervisor who asked the same questions. Bottom line is they did not get my number and I called my card company (who was very helpful) and had some of the charges removed and others put in dispute. Power Steering keeps going out no matter how fast or slow I drive. My car just cut off in the middle of the street one day and the battery light was on. My car makes a terrible crunching sound going over small bumps in the freezing cold. I just found out that this car has a lot of complaints about power steering and sway bar brushing and linkage. My warranty is about to expire and I don't have the money to fix such a dangerous car. I am having a nightmare dealing with PSEG customer service. I needed my gas service discontinued - for lack of use, since I have moved out of the home and the heat is not gas but electric. I have a complaint about the Cecil Whittakers on Lin Ferry. First of all, the service in this restaurant is always horrific. Every time I call, I am put on hold for a good 10-15 minutes and when I finally do get someone to pick up the telephone they are rude, impolite, and ignorant. I purchased a Klaussner sofa and love seat both recline on the ends. The plastic release on the love seat that allows the love seat to recline broke off in my hand. I have AT & T residential phone service. I moved and called AT & T to end my service at old address and start at new. They gave me new phone number and said my service would be turned on in about 24 hours. They said they did not have to come to my house. I waited a day and tried plugging in phone to jack...no dial tone on all four jacks. We hired these guys to streamline our computer network and had to hire another firm to fix their mess. The owner Erik sold us on MS Exchange as the be all end all to our email problems and when it didn't work right he blamed us for the problems. He sold us a Dell server then told us how to scam Dell and get our money back. I received a debt collection notice from afni, Inc in Novemebr, 2007 for $1065.42. The debt collection was for an AT & T Cingular Account. I immediately went to the afni, Inc website and asked for the account number, date and time I supposedly set up the account with At & T or Cingular. Made an agreement with a G.E.Services collection agency. I paid the bill in full and have the proof that the check was cashed by my bank in april, 2007. Since then 2 other agencies have tried to collect the same debt stating that it has not been paid at all. I've sent the proof to both collection agencies w/no results whatsoever. There is road construction going on in Bartow County on Rt 113 to widen the road. For the last week we have been sitting in traffic during peak hours. Instead of doing this work at night when roads are not being traveled as much these people do it when people are trying to get to work, get to town, or in the evening to get home. I came home tonight and sat in traffic not moving for 20 minutes, this is not acceptable to me nor should it be accepted by others. Word of Warning Re: Replacement Insurance: If you think you have replacement insurance, even if it is a top of the line policy, you may get virtually nothing if there is an exclusion clause. Last month I found 2 charges on my credit card from ez-saver. When I called the number on my statement I found out that Pro Flowers had given them my credit card number and authorized them to charge my card. They would only reverse one of the charges. I purchased rust color towels in linen'n'things. I washed them with other towels in warm water. My beige Avanti towels came out of the wash with orange blotches all over them. I called the store manager in the Holmdel store. She replied that I should have washed them in cold water. The washing instructions say to wash in warm water.
