Ridiculously strict on auto inspections and then they try to cheat you out of your money. Failed me for dirty headlights and imperfect windshield wipers. I had replaced the wipers only a month prior. The service provided by this company both in repairs and customer service is horrible! There are endless exclusions that are not revealed until the scope of the repair is established. For example, they do not repair drywall or other "access" areas to pre-repair condition - rough finish only - and other exclusions are manifold. I tried reasoning with my credit card company and finally after sending them THIS web site where all these complaints were listed, they sent my charges of $29.99 back to DRI*REG.NET unpaid! We ordered furniture (headboard and bed) from this store in November 25, 2007 and they promised to deliver it to us in 6-8 weeks. Up to this date (02/10/08), they have not kept their promise. The salesman also said that our credit card will not be charged until after they delivered the furniture but our recent credit card statement showed the charges for this purchase. We carried our SUV in for oil change & rotate our tires & had two fix one tire. There were 4 workers & one supervisor out there. There was only one worker, working at a time. Our SUV was on the workfloor over 1 1/2 hours that no one was getting anything done. We shop for about an hour, then went back two the service department & sat there four about one & half hours before they finally got through. We purchased a Kenmore Side by Side Refrigerator, a Range (Stove), a Range Hood and a dishwasher with an extended warranty for all four items. I had initially signed up with Dish network for dish service, I had ordered the dish installation through AllSat a dish network retailer. When I signed up with Dish network the only paper that I signed was a 18 contract agreement with Dish network which clearly stated the early termination policy. Boy, was I happy to find this site!!! We have a Care Credit Account for emergency surgery for our pet. The very first month, although we had sent our payment in well ahead of the due date (the 29th), we were assessed a $39 late fee!!! Finally with a Shantia promising to call me back, which never happened. I called again and spoke with a Michael who told me he could refund my money or have the flowers delivered.
