I have a problem with Microsoft and their claim filing process. I recently filed a rebate and sent it through the mail. The claim process is not the same had I filed on line. When you submit a claim through the mail you are required to supply additional product information. When you file online all they want is the barcode and store info. The only reason that I purchased the microsoft product was because of the rebate. I was a customer of Mid-Florida Air Conditioning Inc. when I first bought my house. I bought a five year warranty with them. Every year I called them to do the yearly checkup on my air conditioning system (which is a Ruud) and they have been giving me service for four years. I got a call from Doug Machamer at WEstbury and he said i had a returned check in his office from a payment i made in july but the check did not clear because my ex-wife stole money from my account and i had to close that account. I went through the check out line with 4 gallons of BIN Primer. There was a $5 rebate for each gallon purchased, or so they adverted. The young clerk put red tape on four of the gallons but only rang up one. I didn't notice until he got done and gave me the total. On Nov. 24, 2006 a John Aucella phoned us about our timeshare. He asked if we were interested in selling. He sounded all uppity up and told us to go on their web sight and check them out. He said the cost would be $ 699.00 and we would get a contract in 5-7 days. Our charge card was immediately charged, but we never received the contract. He said he would have it sold in3-6 months. He gave us his 888 phone # plus his cell #. We were never able to reach him to talk to him. We were always told to call customer service at another 877 #. A padillas enterprises truck was taken to this shop for an air condition problem. The problem was fixed and was paid for the reparation. Some how they crash the whole front of the truck and cumings were hiding the insident trying to get cowardly away with it. the damages according to a two different body estimators, exceed the 4,500 dollars. I've had problems changing the "My Account" information for some time now. I had suggested that they add an option of being able to add 150 minutes only. They did for awhile, but now they don't have the options. Now, when you go to the site, it says you can add 50, 100 or 150 minutes to your cell phone monthly automatically! But when I log in to "My account" it doesn't show this lower amount of 50 or 100 minutes, just 150 minutes. I would like to complaint about MFI family ancestry. (aka ancestry.com) Just today, I found out that my credit card account have a pending transaction (on 2/5/2008) which I never made from MFI family ancestry. I have no idea how can they even come up with my credit card number to make the transaction. The amount of $109.95 is pending on my account. My account's credit had be deducted for the amount even it's temporary. The bank cannot do anything unless they cancel the transaction I cannot believe that they can just run the credit card without the verification and ruin people's life. To make a long story short. I was sold a product I did not want (Trend Micro Internet Security 2008) at BEST BUY. I opened the Jacked but did not download the the CD as the jacket told me to return it to the retailer I purchased it from. BEST BUY store and on line customer service told me BASIC too bad!, as you open the jacket your out the 53.49 (counting tax).
