I received an unsolicited voicemail from them and returned the phone call. The computer generated message began by asking for my banking information and social security number. The system would not allow you to speak with a live representative. I became leary and disconnected the call as it seemed odd that you couldn't speak with a person, and only could enter your information. I ordered two couches from Wicks Furniture. In the store they were comfortable, light tan, and my feet touched the ground. The one we got... were not the right color, They were hard as a rock, so uncomfortable that I couldn't even sit on it. The recliner didn't work on one side. Colonial Bank is a dud! I have had accounts with this bank for many years and have always had problems with them. Lately, this has been getting worse. I electronically transfer funds from a bank in another country with no problems, but as soon as I deposit a check the trouble starts. I moved into my home on October 2007. I got an inspector prior to moving in to make sure that the home was in good shape. I found this charge on my credit card and am disputing it. I too called the number and received the answering service. It was not until after I left a message that I found all these fraud reports. I doubt the company will be contacting me. I am taking the steps needed to recover my money. I also checked my other accounts--thankfully they have not gotten me there yet. I have contacted PuppyFind.com customer service multiple times trying to give them information about an active puppy miller in Thailand. This person has plead guility to puppy abuse. I have directed Jessica, the Customer Service Manager to a blog that lists the complaints of numerous people and pictures of his kennel showing malnurished dogs of all ages with open wounds. We had HD installed for our Direct TV. Installer Edgar #8733 did the installing. He was on time, did a wonderful job and could not have been more pleasant. Anyone out there that is using My Premium Rewards, STOP! I came upon the website when I was looking for rewards and offers, and they looked like a legitimate company. WRONG! I recently applied for a loan from welcome finance, I was told that I had been accepted and the final agreement needed to be signed and sent back after a seven day cooling off period then the money would be released.Imagine my shock when I received a letter turning me down after all I had been accepted two days previous.
