Exactly the same as many others i have read on here! ordered ugg boots, paid for through paypal, but the boots never show up! The e-mail and phone number given also don't work. I have also just read that the 'company' doesn't have seller or buyer protection policy through pay pal, not surprisingly. I called and canceled my subscription. I was told no money would be taken out of my account. They took the money. I called back and was told it would be reimbursed in 3-5 business days. It has been 2 weeks and no money has been returned. I had to close my account because of overdraft charges from their unauthorized withdrawal. I purchased a American telecom phone from Office Depot on Aug.27, 2007 @39.99$+tax6%. It was free after mail in rebate, $20 from Office Depot and $20from American Telecom. I submitted as per instruction, I received $20 from Office Depot but for $20 rebate from American Telecom is not come yet. On Oct. 04 2007 I received a letter that UPS code must be resubmitted before Oct 18 2007. I call them and inform them that I already submitted that although I submitted copy on 10-18-2007 with post mark but till date I never get that amount. This is the worst credit card company I've ever witnessed. Each call renders you on hold for 20 minutes each time! I canceled membership shortly after receiving the catalog, because I did not care for it at all. I have been waiting for over one full month for this company to reimburse me for the initial membership fee, as I canceled within the 30-day trial period. My rent check to my landlord, which I've been paying through online bill pay for nearly 2 years, got sent, somehow, to Bank of America. Bank of America, who I had a credit card account with, took the check, looked up my name I guess, and cashed the check - even though it was payable to my Landlord. Now you'd think if someone personally handled the check, which they would have had to, would have noticed the mistake and returned the check. I have been finding charges WC-HOME PLAY-V and WC-ESSENTIALS FOR HOME for about 5 months on my bank statements and didn't sign up for either of them. I have been receiving harassing phone calls for about 8 months now regarding my expired automobile warranty. I placed an order for $140.00 with Fixfitness.com on January 22, 2008. I received an email confirming that the order had been shipped on January 24, 2008. As of February 4, 2008, I have not received any such order. Now, the website is down and my emails go unanswered. After reading others reports, I was so irritated, I wanted to write my own! When i think about it, i guess it did all start when I moved in. I signed my lease in june 06. when looking at the apt. then, I could see the door to the balcony didn't have a lock (I live on the 1st floor!!) some kitchen drawers were missing & the bedroom window doesn't have a screen nor does it have a lock. Do not buy from this company, they are a scam!!! First they send the package to the billing address and not the sending address. Then they sent the wrong color item. The email page was expired so there is no way to get a return merchandise authorization number that you supposedly have to have before they will accept the package upon delivery.
