I don't know the whole story here yet, but when this showed up on my account. I looked into it and notified Orchard Bank that it was a known fraud. It is now listed on my account. The number was called on 02/01/2008 and I was told I would get a reversal and credit. This company is ALL about fraud! I ordered Proxene and paid for Proxene. A few days later the company called me and offered me a "Free Trial Sample" of two other products, and assured me I'd only be responsible for shipping & handling. My mother ordered a Temper-pedic bed from Mancini's Sleep World in San Francisco with the lifts and the sales guy was great worked with her and everything. When the delivery guys came to set it up, they refused to raise the legs on the bed saying it was unnecessary, but due to back problems, supplied no relief. I keep receiving calls from an unavailable number. The people calling barely speak English. They call multiple times a day! Some sort of credit card offer. When I tell them to stop, they tell me to F off, then two hours later... more calls. When I ask for specifics of their company, they hang up. When I ask for a phone number, they hang up again... For three weeks now Cip has been able to give me a reliable connection to their server. It has greatly reduced the quality of the game play and I do not that I am getting what I have payed for. Despite having laggy servers that will disconnect me and make it impossible to play I still pay the same amount of money. I noticed a complaint about someone having direct deposit and being charged overdraft charges on the same day. This has been happening to0 me for a few years, and the way that the printout Ive asked for numerous times reads is practically impossible to figure out. Its partly my fault for not keeping my register up to date, but Ive caught this many times. Notices are sent out up to two weeks late when it is convenient for them. This place is a total Rip-Off. 1. Deceptive package prices. 2. Poor quality of photography. 3. Each photo chosen by the consumer can be adjusted. "ONLY" at their own Photo Lab. 4. Adjusting a photo pushes the price up quite a bit. 5. My wife was offered a $200 package that originally cost her $500. 6. My main complaint is that they know just what they are doing. I have been having issues with Marlboro cigarettes for years and it seems to be getting worse. I bought a carton of Marlboro Lights on a cruise ship in October of 2000.
