I ordered Norton Anti-Virus over the internet a year ago. My subscription was not up until january 24th 2008. On january 11th my subscription was renewed with out my knowledge. I was never asked if i wanted my subscription automatically renewed. I never received any notification before the 55.oo dollars was deducted from my bank account. Because of Nortons mistake i bounced checks. Also when i called norton i was put on hold for over two hours and then told it could take up to three days to get the money back in to my account. We purchased a timeshare at Sunset Fisherman Resort after a grilling. We later however canceled within the five days right of rescission due to a bad feeling we had on how ethical this Sunset group was. We have yet to get our money back which is about $20,000. My complaints are similar to the others I read after having a horrible time working with them and the same scam pulled on me as many others. I ordered a large izod shirt and received one that was a very small., a size 8. The tag on the shirt had been tucked inside the shirt and never attached. Over charged on collect calls from correctional center. Continue to send you bills, even when you make payments. Made it impossible to make since of billing procedure. Final bill is double the amount it should be. I stopped accepting calls and knew what my balance should be. Salesman by the name of Lee Hicks sold subscription on 8-10-06, to this day I have not received an issue. Did get ahold of WRS once and was told that my subscription was sent to the magazine company and paid for. Called the magazine company and they have record of my subscription but it was canceled. Do not trust that you will ever get what you pay for when you have a salesman selling magazine subscriptions for WRS. As of now I cannot get ahold of anyone at WRS to get this straightened out. I posted a message on the breeders web page letting others know that I bought a chahuahua from a breeder found on the puppyfind site. This puppy had sarcoptic mange I faxed Jessica from puppyfind documents from the vet stating the puppy had mange. I was very upset when this message was then removed. On 12/31/07 I ordered flower for my mother. Since I was snowed in just to let her know we were on our way since she was hospitalized with a brain tumor and would be having surgery. I've been using ATT bundled local and long distance for over two years at a fixed monthly rate. I work from home so I use the phone A LOT. Well ATT got bought and became the NEW ATT. Long story short they killed my bundle charged me 10 cents minute for long distance AND sent me a local bill too boot. Anyone considering purchasing Best Buy's "extended repair" plans on an appliance - BEWARE! You will likely be without the use of your appliance 2-3 weeks. this has been my experience twice. It takes usually a week to have a "repair specialist" come and look at the item needing repair. From that, parts are ordered. They will not even schedule the followup repair UNTIL the parts are in. Through the Internet I was searching for a Headlight Assembly for a 2005 Cadillac SRX (Right Side) 4-Autoparts.com had the part and agreed to send it to me for $195.00 including shipping and handling. I am a subscriber to Verizon FIOS service for internet, LAN phone, cell phone and TV. Just recently, we had Fios TV installed and everything seemed to be working well. I dropped my car off at Brake Masters at Oracle and Ina in Tucson Arizona to have my front brakes checked.
