I am very disappointed about USAVE CAR RENTALS. The Corolla we rented at USAVE had flat tire on the high way. The Agency requires us to take full responsibility for the tire. They said that we either have to pay for them to repair the tire or we have to replace a brand new tire for the car. I purchased an item and when I received it, it was the wrong item. It was listed incorrectly on their web site (and still is!). I requested an RMA the same via their web site. After more than a month, I still do not have the RMA. They are blaming the manufacturer because Home Annex uses drop-shipping, so only the manufacturer can take something back. This is bullsh*t. This company is such a rip off. I got this card for Christmas and I used it on a online purchase. The online company charged the entire amount to the card instead of just using the remainder of the balance so Simon Mall decided not to pay anything toward my purchase.
