Last month I got a statement from Advanta for $4032. I paid immediately $3932 leaving a $100 balance. This month they charged me $36 in interest fees. Is this legal? My mother bought a van and my girlfriend acted as cosigner. But immediately, Wells Fargo switched the buyer and cosigner. So now, my girlfriend has a $30,000 van on her credit and is unable to even get a new credit card. We faxed the original contract to Wells Fargo 3times (once from within the bank) and they claim that they can't change the buyer/cosigner status because the underwriters are the one's who changed it. This organization advertised a $4.95 three day trial offer for their services. In the fine print of the 'agreement' they commit you to automatic and unending renewal of service at $39.95 a month if you don't cancel within the three days. The advertisement is clearly intended to sucker you into trying their service so they can later claim that you must have known what they were up to because you agreed to their terms and conditions. On January 12, 2008 I was billed through my debit card for $59.99 for an order of Heart Guardian. I had not heard of Heart Guardian, nor have I ever placed an order for it. I do use Viapro, a male enhancement supplement, which I found on a website called themenschoice.com. This website, as I found out, also advertises Heart Guardian. The only product I have ever used my debit card to order online is Viapro. I have complained to Viapro (yesterday) but haven't heard from them. I took my cat there, he was blocked, it costs me 700.00 for 1 over night stay, they sent him home on Saturday because they were closing and would be closed until Monday. They said to take him to the emergency room if he got worse. I ended up having to bring him to the ER because he wasn't any better. The ER said that Banfield should have kept him 48hrs at least. I was sold a 2005 Sebring, my registration and ins papers show the VIN # means a 2004. On top of this, because of Katrina (a month after I bought the car) my wife was out of work for 2 yeras, which put us way behind with everything. I ordered this product for Christmas: Get Smart Complete Series. I was quite disappointed when it finally came. Several episodes are corrupted (start but don't play to the end). One entire DVD ended up being episodes of "Spencer for Hire!" "TVLand" appears in the bottom right corner of all the episodes, indicating to me that this has been taped off cable. They have never responded to my requests for clarification on these matters. I am happy to have the majority of the episodes but not at the expense of the creators of the show. This is a complaint against the General Electric Company for refusing to honor their stated warranty on a dishwasher installed in September 2007. Briefly, the new General Electric dishwasher we purchased has a stainless steel tub. Shortly (i.e. 2 weeks) after installation a number of small, pinhead-sized pits in the surface of the stainless tub were noticed due to rust rings forming around them. Rip Off!! To bring you up to speed, I bought this table and 6 chairs from your store back in June 5, 2007. I also bought a 5 year furniture protection plan with it. Marketing Advantage consists of about 5 little companies with about 2 employees. They contact you and sell you the opportunity to go to a Wyndham time shares sales preview. You get nothing but referred to Wyndham who may hold you for up to 5 hours or even more on a hard sell presentation. As a pilot, I spend a lot of nights in hotels. Indeed, since 1995 I've spent literally thousands of nights in hotel rooms. This stay rates in the top two in terms of negative experiences. The hotel was hosting a party in its ballroom. Of course, the modern architecture of the hotel means that the ballroom is open to the fourth floor, and the music was clearly audible (especially the bass line) throughout those parts of the building that I explored. I bought a pretty baby doll in 2004/05. She sits in a high chair and is never played with or handle very much. Her dress is falling apart. Its like the material is rotten, its a thin material. Last few times I have been in the store, I have been overcharged for my items that I purchased. The last time the scanner was not putting in the correct price of the sale item. I had to visit Mexico for two days so i decided to book a room at this hotel. Biggest mistake ever. There comes a point where a hotel company either sells a hotel or renovates them. Days Inn sold this hotel which is in dire need of major renovations. Everything is old, barely working. A/C took a few hours to turn on to get cooling, after being turned off by management. The floors were icky, thick carpet, the door barely shut. Just stay away. At least management was nice when i had to book in and out. The breakfast was small and useless. Jacque's Apparel makes custom horse show clothes. In Sept. of 2001 I purchased a custom made showmanship jacket from Jacque. I paid $258 plus shipping.
