In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. When I went to have the contractor install the windows, the contractor said that because of the rough opening that the customer service rep put in the windows were made smaller than the size that I ordered and now they don't fit. I received a charge on my account for 31.98 when i contacted the company on live chat, there was no phone number, they told me it was an identity theft subscription.
