This gym is operating illegally. They are simply not following the rules that they have clearly stated in their contract with the members. They charged all the members a so called $25.00 "maintenance fee" without prior authorization. I was not surprised to see all of the consumer complaints against Global TelLink. I have have many negative experiences with this company. When I bought my big screen TV from HHGregg I also purchased an extended warrenty. When I made the purchase on the TV, I was told that the TV Lamp would last about 1 year. The price of the lamp would be $200-$300. Then I was told about the extended warrenty and their quick response to any problems I would have with the TV. Was sent an email by DVD Compilations on 11/29 stating my order had shipped with Canadpost tracking # with an estimated delivery date of 12/7 or 12/10. Hugesnet (formerly Direcway) implemented a 'Fair Access policy' (FAP) which does not allow for the daily download bandwidth paid for by the service plains. This is because there is a 24hour penalty after the threshold for a day is reached. There was no address listed but there was a phone number. I have called that number at least 10 times. It seems to be an identity theft protection company. I never applied for this. We just bought the new Gambler Cigarette Machine because we roll our own cigarettes, its cheaper, but this new machine is absolutely the worst ever. The main problem and it is a problem is that when you put the cigarette tube on the end of the machine, you have to take a toothpick and try to clean the other tobacco out from the previous cigarette that you just rolled. Since the purchase of the car towards the end of December 2006, I have had to take the car to the nearest Volvo dealership, (which is about an hour away), repeatedly for what the service dept. tells me are computer malfunctions. I called this guy for a locksmith service I had just bout a new home n Shelby and I waned him to drill 2 holes for a deadbolt lock one in the front door and another in the side door. So he told me he will charge me $55.00 trip fee and $45.00 for each door.
