I purchased and attempted to download a movie from itunes. Downloads take FOREVER and in the middle of mine, I got an error message and the procedure aborted. I informed iTunes and they acknowledged some problem with the file. They SAID that they were giving me credit for the purchase, so I went in and got another movie. I purchased an Akai 42" LCD monitor in Dec 2006. The product showed lines across the screen starting in July 2007. I tried everthing thinking it was my satellite receiver. Went on vacation in August.
