We purchased a very expensive leather set from LazyBoy. After waiting months to recieve our furniture, and purchasing a warranty, the back of the sofa began to rub off. We contacted the warranty company and lived a nightmare waiting on them to arrive to "exam it". They finally decided to replace the piece (only after the salesman pushed for this) and then the replacement piece did not match in our livingroom. The Belle Mer is a beautiful facility. However, we had met with the wedding coordinator and asked all the necessary questions concerning costs. When we received the contract, Bell Mer added an additional $7,500 setup fee we were not told about. I personal think this is a little steep. I have spoken with other facilities which have not tacked on such a ridiculous fee. It would have been one thing to have been told up front about the fee, but to find it on the contract as if it was just slipped in there, really aggrevated me. I placed an order for two DVD box sets on 9/30/07, and never received my order. E-mailed them and received an automated response that I would receive a reply within 24-48 hours. Never received any response after E-mailing several times. Tried calling their toll free number numerous times (the only phone number they have) leaving messages numerous times and no one is ever there to answer. Received no response. I droppped off a two piece navy blue pant suite to be dry cleaned. When I picked up the item, the pants were damaged, the pants now looks like they are two different colors. I took both the top and the pants back and left them at the dry cleaners for the manger to take a look at the pants to let him see the damage and let me know what could have happen over three weeks ago. Ironwood is the outsourced repair arm of DirecTV. On October 19th, Kai, a serviceman from Ironwood trashed my home by leaving 5 separate messes he made. He borrowed my ladder and left it the last place he used it. He left his powerdrill on a 1960's Grundig stereo. He installed a new dish on the roof without removing the old one and I mean he installed a new dish, left the old bracket attached to the roof, and then left the old dish on my roof instead of removing the trash! On Saturday, November 10, 2007, I took my car to NTB for an oil change. I had a coupon that stated $12.95 for the oil change. I was quoted a price of $19.95. I asked why was the price $7.00 above the coupon price and was asked what would you like to pay. I said "don't play games with me". I feel in my opinion that I have been treated unfairly by USAA Federal Savings bank. Now for all most 2 years I have been a customer of theirs and at first they were wonderful. They treated me fairly and not once did I ever have any concerns about their behavior. Well recently that has changed. I had air ducts cleaned out on 10/25/07, furnace working great!! for approx. 1 week turned up thermostat (house did not get above 65 degrees) thought it was the thermostat, so i had a contractor look at it maybe put new one in. he said problem was all dirt from air duct cleaning was blown into furnace therefor shutting furnace down. Sears who originally cleaned air ducts claims they didn't do it and have promised me for 2 days they would look at it. as of today no one has shown up. I have children in the house they need heat. My account was transferred from providian to sst I was notified by providian about four months before i heard anything from sst yet sst applied several hundred dollars in late fees and penalties and refused to remove them. Definitive custom homes of San Antonio, Texas built a home that has numerous major water leaks due to both plumbing and exterior construction issues. It took almost 2 years for the builder to correct other major problems like severely scratched windows and buckled wood floors. I ordered a futon, futon mattress, and mattress cover from Gately's in August. I recieved the futon frame in September, however no mattress or cover. Gately's cancelled my order and said they would refund my credit card in October, and as of today, 11/9/07 they still have not done so. I received check # 6099 for $2,902.00 claiming that I had won a prize. It is not stamped that this is not a check, but it is drawn on First Community Bank. Momentum Direct has an address of 1010 South Magnolia Blvd; Magnolia, TX 77355. There is no indication where the bank is located. I googled "first community bank" found no legitimate bank.
