I wrote a letter of complaints to be addressed by H.R. which was exercising the open door policy. I worked there almost two years without a write-up or verbal or any reprimand of any kind. I have never received such poor service as I did from gomow.com. I used them for their convenient billing option but soon found out that the owners focus on quantity not quality when it comes to providing lawn service. The men they hire to perform the lawn maintenance get paid $5/house and therefore do not do a good job. They come to your house and are there less than 5 minutes! When I called to complain the owner frankly didn't care and said he would talk to the guys. Have been receiving phone calls from one particular overseas call centre, as many any as five times in succession lasting over a three or four day period of harassment, even though my name is on the Do Not Call Register. This company calls me on my job no fewer than 6 times a day. Currently I owe for last months payment and this month's payment goes past due on Friday. I will pay these people. In the meantime, although they have an alternate number for me, they call me at work. I work in a call center and can not make outgoing phone calls unless I am on a break. I have a 2003 chevy Tracker with 67771 miles on it. Be aware of this crook ! We purchased a bedroom set at premium price. However, what we received is the seems to be used one or return furniture. I have had a horrible experience with that company PICTURE ME. On May 8, 2007 I brought my daughter to the studio in Avon mass to get pictures done in her first communion dress. We paid in full that day 169.00 for the packages that we ordered. On the first visit back the pictures were unentered and had a black strip going through them. I recieved a bid from Earl Steven of Professional Transport which is a one man show out of West Palm Beach Florida and we agreed on a price and during shipment he damaged the front end of my porsche and tried to lie to get out of it but I got a written statement of fault from him however his insurance or lack there of, was of no help because his deductible is so high that he is responsible for most damages that occur during shipment and that is where it gets interesting. The refrigerator for a year and 10 days ,then we found out that it had stopped working. We called it in and one of the customer service agents said that it would cost us for someone to come out and look at it. She checked the warranty and said that it was out of warranty,I told her that it should'nt be going out already if we only had it for a year that it shoul've lasted a while longer than it did. I joined tis gym mainly for the free day care and they claimed they would freeze my membership fees while I was deployed. First mistake is they lied about the savings and they are just like a car dealer ship when it comes to gouging peoples pocket. We purchased a very expensive leather set from LazyBoy. After waiting months to recieve our furniture, and purchasing a warranty, the back of the sofa began to rub off. We contacted the warranty company and lived a nightmare waiting on them to arrive to "exam it". I went to Tire Kingdom in Salisbury NC on 11/9/07. Wanting two new tires, All 4 wheels aligned, the brakes checked for wear and an oil change. About an hour later I got a call telling me the brakes had quite a lot of life left. I declined replacing the brake pads.
