What a scam! First they apologize for charging twice on the initial cost (I remember it as about $7). They told me to keep the second delivery free. This caught me off-guard for a charge 3 weeks later for $69.95. This was a promotional for free Skype calls. I've notified Skype to make sure they drop Tricler, called Tricler at 800- 494-7260 and e-mailed them at [email protected]. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of Nissan. I bought a certified used 2005 Altima with around 30,000 miles on it. At around 60,000 miles it needed a new transmission. It now needs another transmission only 40,000 miles later. That's 100,000 miles and 2 transmissions. This is NOT the quality car I thought I read about. I received a letter in the mail from your company in reference to denying me a credit card from Modells. The reason given was that my social security number couldn't be verified. I never filled out for a card and do not shop at Modells. It is apparent that someone tried to steal my identity and get a card in my name. I ordered a flag and special holder for my daughterinlaw in December 2006 and ran in to the same problems many other people did. I never received the product, they took my money, and phone calls were never returned. I have one e-mail response from July that said they would get probablem resolved, but never has been. I note on the website today they indicate there are new owners and will try to resolve problems with prior owners. We'll see. To repair a popup leak, I was charged $241.95. This supposed to be a free estimate and yet he took everything apart. And than said it would be $194.95 which I thought was much too much to begin with but I said go ahead and repair it, because everything was taken apart. I purchased a nice looking JNY eyeglass frames from my optometrist. I even selected the kind with the reverse spring loaded hinges to prevent the frames from bending, but with very normal use (taking them off with one hand) I am constantly bending the frames to the point where they are loose on my head. I had accumulated a lot of debt on my credit card. I transferred the balance to a lower rate to pay the balance off. I was reducing the amount by making 500.00 payments per month on a minmum payment of 200.00. I didn't notice that the credit card company changed the grace period from 28 days to 20 days and that caused my payment to be late, which automatically bumped the interest rate to 26.75% ! Ford credit made a mistake and misapplied a payment and sent me a statement for $0.00 balance. The following month I received a bill for twice the normal payment with a late fee.
