I bought this expensive phone about mid march 2007. I also had many problems with speed rates, "down times", phone call waiting times, return calls...not at all what they advertise. I currently have a inoperable dishwasher and an inoperable washing machine. Each time I call to schedule repair service, they give me a "first available" appointment that is always two weeks out from the date I am calling.
