When I checked my bank statement (on line) on 7/6, I found that $159.95 was taken from my checking account. I did not recognize the name of the payee nor had I authorized such a withdrawal. Have been an unhappy Netspend customer since February of 2007. There have been multiple times when purchases have been declined even with sufficient funds loaded onto my card. In November 2006, my finance and I purchased a leather couch with a Protection Plan. February 2007, we noticed a tear in the left couch cushion due to a staple that was protruding from the inside of the arm of the couch. The Customer service at Wild Blue is horrible. I was placing an order then afterwards on the same call needed to cancel due to some of the terms and was placed in a Que for over 50 minutes with no answer. I called then on another line and was placed in another Que after talking with a customer service representative and ten being told the wait time 50 minutes again. I called netspend because i tried to pay a bill on line with one of their cards and they wouldn't release the funds. After speaking to them i e mail them a copy of my ID and social security card. Hi I was involved in an accident with my my golf 5 2.0 FSI on the 29th of June 2007 and submitted the claim to Regent Insurance in Durban on monday the 2nd of July 2007 to the Lady ( Jody Leith) that is handling my claim. It is hard to prove it because everyone scammed by them has a difficult time documenting times, dates and names of their transactions and/or conversations. My husband and i took out life insurance when we where 35 and it ended up with being bought out by Valley Forge insurance co. Dr. Sydney Coleman, founder of Lipostructure has more than 50 complaints against him that have been filed with the DOH in NYC. This doctor has no business calling himself the founder of anything much less fat transfer. He sent me one of three items and then when questioned about the other two totally disregarded my emails and my faxes that he claims he will respond to which he does not. No phone number for him. I have been going to Radio Shack to have my cell phone topped up for three months now. Every time I top up, a particular girl would help me to add $40 to my cell phone account. No problem. About 5 years ago now, I purchased an entire bedroom set at Gardner-White Furniture in Canton, Michigan. It is a nice looking pine bed with headboard and footboard. The mattress sits on 4-5 wooden slats that run across the frame all the way down the center. A year ago I purchased a new Viking Stove. Top of the line. After a year I used the self clean feature on the oven. The latch would not release after the cycle was completed. I called Viking and was told my warranty had expired. I called the appliance dealer. It was going to cost $400 to repair the self clean. I paid $5600 for this piece of crap. I received a letter from Virgin Mobile USA Sweepstakes stating that I had won $81,561.00 along with a check for $4,980.00 . Of course they stated that there is clearance fee of $4,720.00. I paid for Super Shuttle service prior on my charge card with travelocity to be taken to the hotel & returned to the airport. The driver was terrible and then took us to the wrong hotel, dropped us off & left, then I had to pay a taxi to take us to the correct hotel. I was sent to Enterprise rent-a-car by Future Ford of Clovis Ca. because they damage my car and they sent up the rental at no charge due to there error of damage to my car.
