I spoke with a person at the company who refused to give me his full name and told me there were no other employees at the business address and told me that the part worked and that the professional tech that I had come to home to use the part purchased did not know what he was doing. I was scammed, lied to, falsely led, and denied service by scam artists at the Hacienda Vista Real on behalf of the Royal Holiday Vacation Club. This letter is a complaint about the SST/Providian credit card. I have never dealt with such an obnoxious, rude customer service department in all my credit history! Two years ago I purchased a Kenmore canister vacuum cleaner and a 70-pint dehumidifier. I got lucky, the vacuum cleaner died within a few months and it was covered under warranty. However, the dehumidifier lasted two whole seasons (it doesn't even run all year). I took it in to the parts place and they want $120 to fix it. I guess it is typical for propane dealers not to send out bills. When they make a delivery, they leave a bill and you are expected to pay it in a timely fashion. Ok idea, although i am used to dealing with a utility company that bills monthly for usage, but that's my problem... Having said that, we added a gas dryer to our house in march. We boarded our 5 month old puppy at Dog-tel Hotel located in Ocean City Maryland on July 21st and 22nd. When we came to pick up our puppy, her baby blanket was missing, a toy was missing, she had been given no treats we had sent and she had missed a meal. When we asked the staff what had happened, we were told that "they were busy. There were a lot of dogs there and that she got the same satisfactory treatment as the rest."
