On 7/13/07, I purchased chicken and an order of french fries from Popeyes on Boston Road, Bronx, New York. Upon arrival home and opening the french fries, I found 5 shrimp mixed in with the fries. This is a very serious issue for me as I have life threatening allergies to shell fish. If these foods are going to cross contaminate, then Popeyes should advise their customers of this. I purchased a pair of Baby Phat Jeans that cost approximately $90. within 3 washes the Baby Phat gold plate had ripped off and all the gold studs had disappeared. I followed all the washing instructions that the Jeans were labeled with. I am now unable to return the jeans to the Macy's department store where they were purchased, since I no longer have the receipt and the jeans are more than 30 days old. Purchased a new 325Ci convertible and I did not even have 3,200 miles before I had to take it to the dealer to have the drives seat (window side) repaired. The beige leather seat just wore down to white, like a cheap gardening glove. Then two weeks later the same thing is happening and now they said that I gouged it. I had the impression that Chase was a good credit card company. Couple months ago i had to do a cash advance for no more than $200. Couple days after I made a payment covering that cash advance and any possible finance charges. I just found out that the only way of paying for a cash advance is paying the whole amount of the credit. In other words, if you have an outstanding balance for $2000 dollars on you account and you have a cash advance of $100, to be able to pay for that cash advance you need to pay for the whole amount of you balance. They are charging me 24% and what initially was a cash advance of $200 became almost $500. read full review »

The J K Harris Company advertises that they will work with the IRS to negotiate and settle any outstanding back taxes someone owes . This company took $4500 from me and did nothing. On June 28,2007 I purchased a 3/4 black helmet from the owner of this establishment. I took it home and was preparing to go on the motorcycle when my boyfriend noticed spider cracks in the left side where the rivot for the chin strap was attached. On Monday the 2nd of July I called Jeneen at Renegade and was told there were no refunds only exchanges ( which is in the helmet warranty as well ) I take the helmet back and she swears that I bought the helmet weeks before and she would not exchange. My phone line was cut by my phone company today and there was no response from ADT. I called them and they said it never triggered an alarm. I also pay additionally for ADT to call my cell in the event the phone line is cut. Our system was recently tested after false alarms in the middle of the night and the fire dept also being called. Don't get sucked into the FORD e-payment system. They send you one e-mail and no further reminders so if you trash that e-mail or it goes to your junk mailbox, you will end up with a late payment and they won't do anything about it. Most companies notify you in the sign up screen with the option of receiving both notices (mail and e-mail). Ford doesn't. Their legal gibberish tells you they will only send you one notice. I read several complaints regarding a company going by CJW Holdings based in Utah, which has been charging credit cards for $84.97. This is the same amount I was charged on my June statement, from ALD Enterprises, also based in Utah. We just got back from our trip to Tennessee. What a nightmare! First we had an accident, hit a deer on the interstate going 70mph. No one was hurt, thank God, but the car was damaged pretty good.
