I have just fought with a supervisor named Shelley at this company. I was charged the $4.95 free trial and received it. A month later I received my bank statement showing an unauthorized charge of $149.95 was charged on my account for something I never received. I have not seen a monthly statement from HSBC for some time, even though I regularly make monthly payments to them. I've been charging my gas and meds, plus other things on occasion, on my Costco card for the sake of convenience. Costco contracts out their credit business to HSBC. I want to add my story to all the others regarding Empire Today. Steer clear from this company. The salesman tells you anything you want to hear so you'll sign on the dotted line. I ordered a complete set of "Coach" TV series DVD's for my husband for Christmas. After the holidays we settled in to start watching them and discovered a lot of bad disks. I called them to let them know that we were finding problems. They told me when we finished watching all of them to let them know which disks were bad and they would replace them. I have a ZD8000 laptop purchased about 2 yrs ago for about $2800. I bought the extended warranty as I travel internationally. I had a problem with vertical lines on my screen. This woman does not do her own work like she advertises. she cons her bosses and laborers to do the work for her and yet acts like she does it all. They do all the lifting for her and even make sure that she gets jobs she would otherwise not get. I ordered a Chicken club toaster from the sonic in Aztec New Mexico and halfway through eating it I noticed that only the outer edge was cooked, the rest was completely raw, in fact my husband said it looked transparent! I have sent my desktop computer (still under warranty) back to Gateway twice since April. The first time the hard drive crashed - for no explicable reason. I am a 39 yrs old female that works in nursing for over 29 yrs and for the last couple of years I noticed that the cherokee brand of uniforms only carry there pockets of the back right side as to say that everybody uses the right side. Unfortunately I have some limitation on the my right side so I have always depending on my left side which included a back left pocket. Hopefully with this complaint you could go back to pleasing and not limiting your clothing only to right back pockets that doesn't help the left handed person.
